Thanks for the motivational and inspirational words. It helps as sometimes I do get discouraged and doubt myself-- even though I know I shouldn't. If I could ask you one more thing, how long do you think it will take for me to see growth in my biceps-- like say at least to 14 or 16 inches-- if I workout regularly-- say by doing the compound exercise routine you recommend once a week?

I know your videos will help me. I guess what I was asking also is if its realistically possible for someone of my build (6ft tall about 180 lbs. now) to get to 18 inch arms- because thats my real ultimate goal not just 16- and how important/beneficial supplements like creatine might be? And just out of curiosity, what size are your arms?

Hey Adrian thanks a lot for these videos and tips. I really want to get my biceps and chest bigger.. Right now I think my biceps are about 12 inches (assuming I measured them right.. heh) but Id really like to get them to around 16-18 inches. So I wanted to ask if you think its realistically really possible for me if I workout consistently following your compound exercise routines? I started doing hammer curls a few days ago and I started this P90X workout program that I think will help and I was thinking about taking a creatine supplement too. Any feedback you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the answers to all my questions I really apreciate it. I did have one more general question, though--. My goal is to hope to get at least 20 inch arms and 52-55 inch back/chest. And I wanted to ask, if I workout hard everyday, how long do you think it will take me to get there? Right now my arms are about 14 inches and my back is 45 inches. I'm hoping that by the end of this year or beginning of next my arms are at least 17 inches and back/chest up to 49-50 inches. Is that realistic do you think? I'm working out several times a week and trying to eat at least 5 meals a day with plenty of protein. I would really appreciate any advice you have and thanks in advance.
