I am 5' 11 and 178 pounds of weight have some 1" inch belly
I would like to know in how much time i can get abbs.

once you get your body fat % low enough then you'll be able to see your abs
I don't feel my abs squeezing when I do this exercise ...
I start feeling that I'm squeezing them on the 7th or 8th rep ... maybe I am doing it wrong ? hmm ?
You only need to make the exercise harder and you do that putting your feet farther away from the wall

it depends on how much fat you have - the quicker you lose the fat = the quicker you will see abs
can you do this exercise and then take a days break and do it again because i feel this is a really effective exercise. or what is the minimum amount of days ti rest before doing this again.
do it 1-3 days a week
this work out was really effective. after my first go my arms legs and gut was sweating and i could feel strain in my abs. thanks for suggesting it Adrian.
i have 2 do an ab workout in d morning and evening.is it ok if i do 3 sets of this in d morning and 3 sets in d evening?

Hi adrian.This is my first time doing this ab workout with the towels.Is it ok since its my first time doing this specific ab workout that I only did one set cause I was exhausted after it? and also when it says do this workout 1-3 times a day,do you mean in a row or at specific times through the day like morning,noon and evening?
one set is fine
you can do it in a row or 3 separate times during the day
hey adrian this is a good ab exercise but are the towels and slippery fall really necessary i mean i did this workout with just bare hands and my carpet floor and i still feel the same pressure in my abs, lower back and arms?
you can do it like that - the towels just make it much more intense
hey adrian, i am 14 5 feet tall, and weigh 115, i am very active, i am in sports, and run when im not. i have a flat stomach, but my legs are larger than desired...
how can i downsize my legs but keep my muscle? thnx

wat if u already got pak but its not dat big see i got dem but wen i try dis it burns my bak musels and my shoulders arms and bisps when i go 2 close 2 da wall it dosent work at all wen i go far it dosent burn my lower abs any tips
When doing this workout I mainly feel it in my arms, legs, and lower back. I feel the burn, just not really in my abs. Any advice?
you'll feel it some in those areas as well but
Is your lower back flat or rounded up while doing this?
if not then you may need to stand closer to the wall
wht if you do this workout more than twice a week?
nothing bad but you'll see your six pack if you burn off the belly fat
like in how many days u will get results if u keep doing this 2 times a week?
results come fast but to get a six pack = you'll need to lose belly fat with diet and exercise

I'm 50 years old, 5'7 and 130 lbs. Ran across this on the internet and decided to try it. First day 11 reps, I could feel the difference, Second day 11 reps, 3 times, Third day, morning reps, my posture has changed and my body looks different, more firm. Goal for me is 7 days 11 reps 3 times a day and see way happens on day 7. Taking pictures at the end of each day and amazed at the difference I can see each day. Thanks Mark
I have been doing 15 reps for 20 seconds, but I do a push up every 5 seconds . It definetly works on my arms, im thinking about doing a push up every 2 seconds , maybe every second ?

absolutly fantastic workout. one problem, i get a really sore lower back when doing this workout, any tips or advice? it hurts my back more than my abs.

keeep your back flat or rounded upwards like a "C" - DO NOT let your back dip or arch towards the ground while doing this
i loved the workout of the two towels im 13 and got abs and extra happy thank you sooo much for the tips one question though what are reps 
reps means repetition, like if you do 12 crunches that mean 12 reps
