change your diet. WHat you eat has the biggest impact on your weight and how you look and feel. Change to all natural and healthy foods. Nothing processed. You need to go and educate yourself about what that means.

I am 36 years old. I weigh 142 pounds and would like to drop atleast 20 pounds. I walk alot everyday at work but can't seem to lose weight. I only eat once a day most days. I tried alot of different thing but nothing works. can you help me.

142 may not be very overweight for your height so that means you have to do something more intense than simple walking so...

Eat small meals of healthy foods throughout the day. eating too little (once a day) will cause your body to go into "survival mode" and store all of the calories (the few you are eating) to be stored as fat. Further more, the weight you lose by simply eating very little is often muscle as your body eats your muscle for fuel. In other words you may not be eating enough to lose weight. sounds crazy,but do some research and you will find that there is much truth in what i have told you.
