would doing mountain climber's work on buring belly fat?
doing them fast for 10 seconds then rest 10 then keep repeating for 10 minutes
would that do anything?

do u thing i should do 10/10 interval 10 mintues twice a day or 10/10 in the morning for 10 minutes and 30/30 for 30 mintues in evening which one would burn more ? Or giving me your ideal on what i should do?

either one of those options will work - you jsut have to change things up at least once every 4 weeks
