Hello Adrian, I had baby 1 1/2 years ago...I gained 75 lbs with that pregnancy! I am now 5'5" and 235lbs.... I am ready to reclaim my body! I don't have any access to any gym equipment, I live in an apartment with my daughter and I feel defeated with my weight....I started my diet plan yesterday but can you please tell me sum exercises that I can do at home to achieve maximum results in minimal time, because I tend to get defeated when I don't see results.....I already have a really curvy shape (smaller waist and wider hips thick thighs and a okay butt) Please help design a plan for me a single mother with no gym equip....I would like to reach my first goal of 180 and then decide if I want to lose more after because I still like to be thick but look good with it instead of out of shape...Thank you

I live in Australia and the treadmills here don't go in miles, it goes in kilometres. So my workout is similar to your, I got 10 sec rest then 10 second run (16 km). What do you think? I just got off another workout that are 30/30's and switched to this

Do you have 10/10 interval music workout? I hate looking down at my treadmill timer to see when to jump off and on.

Hi there, love your site! I think I do interval training, I walk for 3 minutes then run for 2, for 40 minutes, is this good for weight loss? Anything better you'd recommend?

that's a good start but eventually you want to make it more intense by making the hard and easy parts equal in time

I do my intervals on a treadmill 1 min fast then 1 min slow. Is that ok?

Im about to start p90x and was wondering is it ok to add in interval training after the stregnth training workouts such as chest and shoulders, legs and back and such since they work with weights or bands and are about an hour long. Can this help me burn belly fat faster. Im 285 and 5'7 female.
