Here's the thing - if you feel like you can do a 10/10 workout way more than 3-4 times in ONE DAY then your workout is not intense enough.
You can do this 3-4 times in a day or 3-4 times in a row for a total of 30-to-40 mintues but you can still lose a lot of weight doing it ONCCE a day
if this does not help - please keep asking me until I get it right

-for the 10/10 exercise bike interval workout you tell athletes to only do the workout 3 times in a row but i think you made a typo by saying I should do the routine up to 4 times a day in your 4th step of to lose weight faster doing the 10/10 exercise bike inerval training workout "give me a reponse"
-whats the limit on how many days a week and times a day to do the 10/10 exercise bike interval training workout
- if i can do the 10/10 exercise bike routine more than 3 times a day what amount of rest should be taken
