Adrian, i want to know if i do this work out during 20 minutes 5 days a week, when should i start seeing results, im 24 years old and im 5'2 and 135 lbs and i want to be 118 lbs again. I unable to follow an strict diet because of my job, and i can do this work out only at evenings. Thanks for your help i have learn a lot from your website.

I've been trying to figure out how to know when you're doing cadio how much of it is burning fat, and how much is buring muscle i was told that when you do cardio you always do 40min, and the first 20min. you burn sugar,and the second 20min. you burn fat so i thought i was suppose to go easy for 20,and high intense for 20,but if i do it that way do i also burn muscle because i'm trying to keep the muscle while triming the waistline.

if you want to burn the most fat possible in the shortest amount of time then you need to do the most intense workout you can and since you can't go all out everyday then...

You do light cardio on the other days when you're not doing intense workouts

Another tip,
You could do high impact cardio every other day, (I.E. running, elliptical, swimming, or bike.) and do muscle toning cardio every other day (workouts that specifically target the muscle groups that you wish to tone.) If you want to bulk up in those muscle areas like the six-pack, the abdominal V-cut, the obliques and chest, then you would want to incorporate lifting into your workout routing. A good protein will also help with that. I would recommend Muscle Milk, simply because it can be used as a pre and post workout and it helps you recover quicker. But this is just my opinion.
