Hello Adrian,
I will be 20 years old in 2 months' time and am female. I am 5' 8.5" tall and weigh 176 pounds!! I do not quite know how i came to weigh so much, i used to be fit. I have gotten fat especially around the hips, legs, butt and arms...a lil bit about the belly too. Is there anything you can advise me to lose this load of excess weight as soon as possible? i have a gym membership and can bike at home.

Hi Adrian,
I am a a female and I am 5'1 and about 150-155 pounds. How often would you recommend doing this work out? And what else would you recommend? I would like to get down to my ideal weight of 120-125 pounds. Also, how long do you think it would take to get to my ideal weight if I stick to this work out (or whatever else you recommend)? I do plan on cutting out fast foods and soda, just sticking to water. Thanks in advance!

I was 153 or 154 in august and I had gotten sick in October and lost a couple of pounds so I was 147 then I made sure I did not eat from outside like junk food and all and friday I was 141.4 and today on monday I weighed at 142.8 since I ate a lot this weekend. I havent exercised I just dont eat junk food and If I do eat from outside I get salad with chicken or fish. However, I do want to loose 17 more pounds I want to be 120-125 but goal right now is 125 and my height is 5'3 and a half and I am 23 years old. I want to lose it by end of December if that is possible or January. Please help. Thanks.

I am 5'5" and 168lbs. I would like to lose at least 20lbs. I currently am doing a routine at least 3 times a week. My routine is.. Stretch, Hula Hoop-5 min, Stair Climbs (up the steps 3 times, down 3 times), Jumping Jacks-20, Elliptical-5 min, Stair Climbs, Hula Hoop-5 min, Stair Climbs, Jumping Jacks-20, Elliptical-5 min, Stair Climbs, Hula Hoop-5 min, Stretch. Is this a good routine? If I do this every other day and add the jumping jack routine or the ski step routine the other days.. would it be a good workout for a week? I also try to drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.

Any workout is okay to start off with but you just need to be sure to challenge yourself and push yourself a little bit more each day to lose weight faster

do this 3-to-4 days a week (if doing it 20+ minutes) 1-to-2x a day or...
do it 1-to-6 times a day everyday if doing it only 10 minutes

I had twins and then broke my large toe and gained a lot of weight since I have been trying to lose the weight,I have lost 28 lbs by jogging and eating the right amount of calories, but I still have a lot of stomach fat. I started Billy Blanks ab bootcamp and my stomach muscles are getting stronger and I am losing weight but now it looks like my stomach is the larger part of my body. Can you please tell why it seems this way and what other exercise can I do to shed that extra body fat in that stomach area. I really don't want to have a stomach tuck (lip suction).

no need for lipo - you just need to be more patient and keep doing what you are doing now to lose weight to so you can lose all your belly fat because usually belly fat is the last to go and...
the reason why your belly looks bigger after doing ab exercises is because you build ab muscles under your belly fat making your belly look bigger

Hey Adrian.
I did the ski step HIIT for few weeks almost every day 2-3 times in a row. And I have this huge problem. I noticed that I've lost lots of my breast weight but I still have some fat on my thighs and those stubborn saddle bags. Even my butt is smaller but I just wanted my thighs to get slimmer. Should I continue doing HIIT, cuz I'm afraid I would go totally flat and my thighs will stay the same.

if you want to keep losing weight than keep doing the HIIT and you'll get flat as you lose the FAT that makes up your curves but you can get permanent curves by also doing body sculpting exercises

I am 17 years old, i weigh around 170 pounds. I was wondering if i do this workout 3 times a day(or every other day) will i be able to loose 30 pounds in around 3-4 months. Also whenever i see food i want to eat it, what do you sugggest i should do to keep away from munching on?
