Hi I’m 18 and my height is 5’5, 180lb. My goal weight is to be 145lb before Christmas so I really need some help on how I can do so. I jog twice a week and have been a vegan for two months now. I’m trying to be patient with this for a long term weight loss effect but I’m just not seeing any results. Can anyone please suggest a workout plan to reach my goal.
