Hello, I'm 5'11 and way approximately around 181lb and 16 years old. I would like to get in shape before the end of this year. I don't have a set goal of losing weight for my "ideal" weight, just wish to get athletic so I am able to play in full soccer match of 90mins while performing in top condition.
