Hello!! I'm 24 and I'm 139lbs 5'2 I want to lose weight before Christmas? So if I keep doing this everyday for 4 weeks I will lose 20lbs hopefully? Will this make my stomach flatter? Hey Adrian (again) I did lose weight with ur 20min workout.THANKYOU.. but can I ask u a question pls? If I do this for 40mins (taking your 10min break) then doing it again,(3x a week) how many calories do you think I will burn. I'm 5'3 (F)219 pounds. I NEED to know this so I can calculate my total calories burned.
