My goal is to achieve abs as quick as possible, I don't have a lot of belly fat however there is some present, I wish to loose this and get the abs I want. I've been doing this particular workout daily for a little over a week. Progress has been wonderful, no breaks, next to no walking. But today I fell apart at the end.

I'm taking a day off tomorrow, but I'm still interested in doing this workout daily until it get's too easy (Then I'll move onto, like, Fast Weight Loss Workout #2 which includes a 20 minute interval workout).

I'll switch to every other day once I switch to the other workout (since it calls for it), but for now, with just this interval workout, is doing it every day a good plan or too often?

Hey! I've been doing this 20 minute workout (running from chair to chair) one or twice for about 2 weeks now. I can really tell that this helps with seeing result. I do it after I do other exercises, like the Wii My Fitness Coach or riding my elliptical.
My question is, how can I tell how many calories I burn doing this? I estimate about 220 but, hey, I don't know!

I dont know myself but cant you tell it's a LOT! but anyways...
dont worry about how many calories you burn...

worry about making your workouts more intense so you can burn fat faster

Hey, I'm 13 years old, 5' 4", and weight 127 pounds. I have big hips and chunky thighs. I have 4 weeks till I go back to school and I need a good plan to help me get that toned, slim body I want for fall sports. I run everyday but I don't think it is enough. I also have cut out all sodas and fast food out of my diet. I need a simple easy plan to help me lose some pounds before school starts. I appriciate all the help I can get!

I'm a 20 year old female and I weight about 135 pounds. I would like to lose up to 20 pounds, but mostly I just want my flat tummy back. I'll be goin back to school in about 3 weeks and I was hoping to lose weight by then. I really hate exercising and not active at all. I have a desk job so I'm sitting all day. By the time I get off, I'm tired and just want to lay down. I do enjoy riding my bike, although I haven't been on it in over a year. Do you have any suggestions about how I could maybe ride my bike and do sit ups to lose my belly fat?

that's not going to cut it

who isnt tired after work and riding your bike may help but not really at your low weight.

Hello my name is margaret I am a 54 yrs old City Bus Driver, height 5"6,weight 226 . PLEASE tell me how I can lose this weight and keep it off. I been wking with this job for 2 yrs. I'm in the Navy and to date I have lost 50 pounds on my on. I need to lose at least another 25 to 30 pounds by August. Right now I have plateaued at 250 and It just doesn't want to move from there. Help me please. This is really affecting my motivation.

I am 26 a single mother of 3 i run a day care out of my home and weigh 1800 pounds

I don't have time to go to the gym three or more times a week.

I et healthy foods when i eat but a huge issue is i don't eat often enough. I live off coffee, i get full from so much coffee forget to eat and most times don't eat till i feel sick or dizzy.

I am really looking forward to starting this program, just found it and pumped to give it my all

Hi Adrian, I'm 15 years old, 5'11 and 235lbs exactly. I have always been big, I have good upper body arm strength, but it's covered by a big layer of fat. I really want to lose the weight (wanna get to about 190lbs). I have pretty good endurance and I'll admit I don't exercise as much as I should but I have the time to Exercise every day every week. Any help you could give me to lose just overall weight, and any specific exercises you have that will help me tone up and build muscle would be appreciated.

i have 4 ruptured disks in my neck which oftentimes makes me dizzy...I have difficulty working out with weights or quick movements...can you recommend exercises for someone like me in my condition? I have become a couch potato because of this issue..it is even difficult to drive myself anywhere...thank you

in your situation - you will have to be the best judge of what you can or cannot do but...

DONT YOU dare let that stop you from finding a way to lose weight - the worse thing you can do is gain weight and then use this as an excuse so what i would do is...

talk to a doctor about some workout options

I'm 34 years old, 5'2" and presently weighing 180lbs. I put on extra weight after I had my son (11 years ago) I lost the weight once before but quickly gained it back and then some.
I'm not motivated when I don't see results quickly enough!!!

I'm 21 years old. and I managed to lose about 50 pounds. Not in a very healthy way though. Now, I want to do it the right way, I want to lose about 15 pounds, so I can reach my goal weight which is 110. I'm 5'2 tall.
and I really want to get hard rock thighs and belly. I also want to get rid of the flab. I'm too afraid to eat now, because I'm afraid to gain weight. I don't know what to do? which plan should I follow. I'm a very busy person, but I can manage to work out for 2 hours a day. I just started bicycling, for 1 hour a day, will that do any good? which parts of my muscles will it tone? and when will I be able to see results with 1000-1200 calories healthy diet.

i have a formal banquet to go to in 3 weeks i want to look good in my dress. my troubled areas are my arms and thighs i want to be abled to wear a dress where my arms can be out i know that it will take me a while to get them where i want them, but is their anything i can do now to make them look better. Hey, I've commented before and love your website..okay heres the deal....
I'm a 13 year old girl, who's doesn't like to go to gyms or go out in public, I hate sports at school because it means I have to exercise infront of people, Last time I checked on the scales I weight about 70 something, I dont like to go running or jogging I do how ever own a broken exercise bike, do sit-ups, and this exercise shown on the video, I want and exercise and diet plan that will help me lose some weight fast...

You say to do this twice a day, but you don't specify how many times a week. I need to lose 18 pounds. I also weight lift on Monday, Wednesdays, and Friday. How many time a week should I do this workout?

Hello! I stumbled upon your website....love it!!

I have been trying to lose weight and I exercise - no luck. I'm a 5' 7", 53 year old female weighing in at 158. Over the last two years I have gone from 129 to my current weight. I will add that prior to weighing in at 129 I was over-weight. I stopped eating all white carbs, including corn etc. I limited my diet to extremely small portions. The weight just fell off although I will admit I don't think I did it in a healthy way.

So now here I am...a mess! The weight is back on and I'm extremely unhappy with myself. So I decided this time I will approach weight loss as a life change. So....I've been watching my diet counting calories, eating between 1200 to 1500 each day and I've been using my in home rowing machine for the last few months. I started rowing for 30 minutes each day to an hour a day. No inches lost, no weight loss I'm completely frustrated and upset

Over the last week I have not used my rowing machine since I've been experiencing back and hip pain...due to an accident a few years back. I will give my body time to recoup and start again.

Getting to my question....Is the rowing machine a fat burner? How long per day and how often would you suggest? And about the toning and weight loss do you have some jump start suggestions? I would appreciate your advise sooooo much. I will continue reading your site and I want to thank you for all your wonderful information.

Generally I don't have time to work out at all.
I'm a full time college student with a full time job and a live-in boyfriend.
I'm 20 years old and currently weigh 253lbs at 5ft 9in.
I'm scheduled to be a bridesmaid at the end of July, and would love to look great.
Any other quick workouts like this one that will really get me in shape before that wedding?

I am 5 3' and 208 lbs I would like to lose at least 75 lbs and toned my body, I just had my second baby and the weight just do not want to come off... First off i want to say I LOVE this site! It has a lot of different workouts which makes exercising fun and not routine. I love how there is workouts for both men and women. It makes working out with my bf easier and better! So thank you for the awesome free site!
I was just wondering if you could keep running or if taking the breaks is neccesary? How much fat does this burn?
Im 5'7 and 137 pounds. I have quite a bit of muscle under my fat, so if I do this exercise 4 to 6 times a week approx how long will it take to burn enough fat to look toned?

It burns lots of fat!

You can keep running thru the rest periods if you want to to make it more intense.

As far as looking toned - for your body type - being that you are not overweight...

This workout will tone up your lower body but go here for upper body toning

i'm 187 lbs,5ft 7in 24 (f) and i only started to workout cos of your videos esply tis one. This video made me too hot and i never thought my heart cld beat so fast. i have a very good feeling abt this.

the best part abt this video is that you push us to go on and do it like an instructor does in a gym and that really sounded lifelike & thats what caught up wit me..

If you can do this everyday then you got ask yoursefl if you're working hard enough or if you're getting a quality workout but yes...

You can do this workout and then do the JJ workout 15min later
