the amount of fat you will lose all depends on how overweight or how fat you are so...
the more fat you are = the more fat you will lose.
The amount of muscle you gain depends on if you're a beginner or not.
the more of a beginner you are = the more muscle you will gain

Hello, I am 6'1 205 but I am confused on how to continue my workouts. I seem to be getting much stronger with some mass, but I want to get a build more so like Ryan Reynolds. I carry all of my fat in my lovehandels and chest but wouldn't consider myself fat. What routine should I concentrate on to retain mass but lean up? Thanks for your help.

It's not ideal weight - it's ideal body fat % so...
Anything under 10-to-15% is ideal.
Working at night wont hurt you but you may have to modify some things to fit your schedule and if getting lean is your main concern...

Doing this, what is the ideal weight to start making your body look like that? Also I work a night shift job, so the plan gets hard on me, since I am only able to workout after work, but I do it everyday. Would working a night shift effect your body if your trying to tone up and get lean?

YES & NO...
You will burn fat & gain muscle but you can NEVER gain maximun muscle or lose max fat while trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time

so if i were to run in the morning before breakfast and do the bigger bicep, dip, and handstand push-ups workout on different days would i burn fat and gain muscle?
And would i still gain weight?(muscle)

It does "NOTHING" bad to you but you have two options...
1. workout on emtpy stomach in morning to burn more fat - GO here to see why or...
2. wake up - eat a light breakfast and have more energy to lift heavier weights = more muscle so...
Either option is good depending on your goals
