Hey I’ve been doing you’re workouts for 2 days I’m just a beginner. Is it okay for me to do 2 sets per day ? I’m 5’5 I weigh 264 lb. I’ve been stuck between 263 and 264 for a week now . I eat less than 2000 calories. Can you help me ? My goal is 150 lb
