  1. Type in the amount of weight you lifted here → and then…
  2. Type in how many reps you did here → and then click on the button below that says "Tell Me My One Rep Max"

Your 1 Rep Max (or the most you can lift 1 time) is pounds

  • pounds is 60% of your 1-rep max
  • pounds is 70% of your 1-rep max
  • pounds is 80% of your 1-rep max
  • pounds is 90% of your 1-rep max

Your 5 Rep Max (or the most you can lift 5 times) is pounds

  • Your 8 rep max is pounds
  • Your 10 rep max is pounds
  • Your 12 rep max is pounds
  • Your 15 rep max is pounds
