I would like to know if it is possible to do taebo 5 times for the week and lose 1.5lbs a week as well
i weigh 168lbs and i want to lose 25lbs in 3 months
can you please help me

It'll be more reealistic if you get off the basic workout and do the regualr cardio tae-bo workout and also remember to buy new cardio tae-bo tapes to prevent your body from getting used to a workout

Thank you for your last reply.
I have started doing the Tae-bo basic workout (25 mins), hopefully that is ok for me to lose weight. I have also the Taebo cardio workout (40 mins). Sometimes when I don't have time I do the 8 minute workout.
I am doing that 3 times a week, plus I play tennis 1 or 2 times a week.
And of course I am dieting (a nutritionist gave me a diet and he's checking up on me).
How much weight do you think I can lose in 4 months by doing this?
I am 166 cm tall and weigh 89 kg. Is it realistic to say that I can lose about 15-20 kilos in 4 months?

Would you say any Tae bo dvd would help me lose weight? I am 50 pounds overweight, and I am dieting and want to start doing tae bo.
Any dvd would do the job or should I get a specific dvd?

Hello, ive been doing tae bo for a week now, and im not seeing results. and my body seems like it might be getting used to the workout already. and i checked out this page http://www.nowloss.com/weight-lo...tors/tae-

and it said i would only lose .54 pounds a week and 2.16 pounds a month. and i do tae bo 35 min every day. i want to lose more than 2.16 pounds a month. and i am dieting. so im wondering what i should do?

Hey Adrian,
I just bought Billy Blanks, Tae Bo T3 Transformation DVDs and I just started the workout on Monday. I followed Billy's calendar that comes with the kit and I rested today as it said I should.
I just typed in my weight info and the number of minutes I do Tae Bo (which was 22 when I did the Ignition Express workout which is the first workout that the calendar listed to do) and I'm a bit worried. According to the results I can only lose 3.81 lbs a month doing the Tae Bo.
I want to lose more weight than that. I would like to lose 5-7lbs a month over the next 8 months.
Should I be doing the workout more than once a day? I’ve been sticking with the number of calories you suggest that I eat before I even got the Tae Bo routine. Should I be doing anything else with Tae Bo? Should I follow the calendar that comes with the kit? How long does it usually take to see results?
Sorry for all the questions, I'm just concerned.

Recently - I don't think he sells a "beginner's" tae-bo tape anymore but during the workouts - he shows you easier ways to do certain movements if you're a beginner

It all depends on how much you weigh but if you're overweight - you can quickly reduce your weight doing tae-bo
