Is it good to only do this workout three times in a row in the morning and three times in the evening?(including a 5-10 min pause between each excercise?) Will i Loose up to 3 kilos a week if i do it? im 1.74 cm and weigh 66,4 kg. Would like to go down to 60 kg in 2-3 weeks, also.. how can i improve my posture? :) I love your website Adrian, you rock! Hi i ha v a question??? Well i have been doing the 10 mintute workouts of jumpikg jacks and skii steps also the 20 minute workout everyday at my house well my,questios are will i lose weight by doing,these everyday? I also started a diet and stoped eating all the junk food... I do the,workouts in the morning when i wake up but should i hav breakfast first or do exercise first whats better?
