how do I know what amount of weights to use? i.e 10 lb weight, 15 or 20 lb weights? my goal is to loose 30 lbs in the nxt three months. right now i weigh 220. I already have more muscle mass than fat mass. so my body gets used to weights quickly. meaning, I develop a tolerance tothe weight and then need to go up to heavier wiehg. but since I'm buying weights, i don't want to have to keep buying more and more weights. do you recommend free weights or resistance bands where I can adjust weight for more resistance. because the isue with that is I am limited to what excercises I can do at home that way.

thank you for the response adrian. my main focus is to sculpt arm, chest, and get rid of back fat. so basically slim down the top portion of my body to make the bottom half look even bigger (hips, thighs, and butt) What should I do to maximize the sculpting? Also most times after I work out hard----high cardio and moderate scuplting---afterwards I am so tired I need to lay down and sometimes will fall asleep. Is that normal? thanks again. Your workouts videos are so appreciated and I have sent many to your website.
