Hey, I'm a 36 year old gal who weighs 230 lbs. and want to know how much weight I should lift by using dumbbells to lose weight and how many reps each time I work on now since I'm starting out to exercise. I have low energy due to medical defects so nothingood to strenuous to start out.

hello my name is Renee i am 20 years old and i weigh 230 i want to lose 70 pounds in 6 months? do u think this is to crazy i will do whatever it takes i also don't want to lose my butt or curves in the process thank u i just kinda wanna focus on just losing from the upper body.

do these calorie counts take in account your ability to lose weight if you can't walk well and what if you do chair dancing, what is the calories burned for a 340 pound older woman. Please advise, I am the sole caregiver of my 15 year old grandson and he needs me.
