Hi,
I'm a guy, 5'7 and around 160 pounds. I'm totally out of shape and I hate to lift weights, but I want to loose fat to look better!
I calculated that if I walk everyday at 4mph for an hour, if I dance everyday too for an hour, and if I add 20 minutes of moderate-weight lifting to make an effort, I would normally loose near 6 pounds a week on a 1300 calories diet???
I really don't believe I could loose that much weight that fast since I'm not overweight!
But I wouldn't mind loosing 15-20 pounds!
Do you have an advice for me? I'm kind of lazy but I want to give it a try and make a change to do what it takes!

I powerwalk 3 miles a day and do 12 hours dancing a week (Hardcore ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary), I never eat more than 600 calories a day and always make sure my net cals are in the minuses. Yet I've stopped losing weight. My BMI is roughly 19 so I'm not underweight or overweight but I still look like I need to lose a few more pounds. How can I keep burning fat and toning up?
hey. im 6 foot 2 and about 265. ive been eating about 2200 calories a day and been walking 2 hours a day at about 4 mph. how likley is it that i will lose weight like this?
