HI.
I really appreciate your website. It is one a kind, and it feels like it stems from a real wish to help and to do it thoroughly. ok, enuff of that.lol
so, my question is. I am a guy, 26years old, iam 5.7, and weigh 194 pounds. I am one of these persons who gain weight so quickly. I foremost want to lose weight and volume in my thighs, calves and butt, because man, they are huge..huggeee.I wish I could have thin legs like soccer players..you know...So what exercises should I do.. I am tending to think that I would like to lose weight and have a Pharell Williams body structure, in terms of weight and being lean also..

So iv decided to start getting into shape and loosing some weight.I have a stationary bike and iv been useing it for 30 minutes everyday for around 3 weeks but im not getting any results.Iv totally changed my eating habits too.Now i only drink water i hardly ever drink juice and aboustly no soda.I dont eat chocolate or fast food or any of that.Now i eat fruit and salad and veggtables and lean meats.Right now i weigh 180lbs(YIKES!) and im 5'3 i want to be somewhere between 130-140 by the end of augest.That gives me 4 months.So i made this plan.Tell me what ya think and if you think it will help me loose some weight:
Week 1-Jog 5 minutes-Stationary bike 25 minutes.5 good push ups
Week 2-Jog 10 minutes-Stationary bike 20 minutes.10 good push ups
Week 3-Jog 15 minutes-Stationary bike 15 minutes.15 good push ups
Week 4-Jog 20 minutes-Stationary bike 10 minutes.20 good push ups
Week 5-Jog 25 minutes-Stationary bike 5 minutes.25 good push ups
Week 6-Jog 30 minutes-Stationary bike 5 minutes.30 good push ups
After week 6 i will continue to jog 30 minutes 5 days a week.And 5 minutes on the stationary bike and 30 push ups a day.
Questions:
1-Do you think this is a good weight loss plan?
2-How long do you think it will take to see some results?
3-Do you think my jogging rate is a little to fast or slow?
4-Do you think i will be able to reach my goal doing this?
