I just put on my ipod and listen to dance club music and dance for an hour or so. I wear a heart rate monitor which says I burned about 300cals doing that today. Since it is not traditional exercise I'm skeptical that I will lose weight. Do you think it might work? Also, after I work out once I rest I feel popping in my leg muscles. Not painful at all. Is this lactic acid or something? Thanks.
any activity will help you lose weight and the popping is not lactic acid - that's something i cannot help with since im not a doctor
