YES - Any kind of dancing is good for weight loss
Hi.I weigh 154lbs. I recently started a diet combined with 30 minutes of interval training 3 times a week. I cut out all junk foods(sweets, chocs,biscuits) and am strictly on a low carb diet. My interval training consists of 1 minute on-the-spot jogging(high intensity) and 3 minute walking(low intensity). My weight gain was also caused through child-birth and I previously weighed 121 lbs. Do you think that I am following a proper diet or should some changes be made?(I hardly have time nor the equipment hence the on-the-spot jogging))
Your diet seems to be fine but your intervals need to be at least 1 min joggin and ONLY 1min walking for 40min
