YES! you'll lose weight doing it.

It'll trim & firm up your legs and it shouldn't make them bukly at all

Planning to use bike as transportation to work? 5.5 miles roughly 4 trips total would this pay off say by the end of the year if done 5 days a week. Would this trim my legs or make them bulky?
