I still can't give you a definte answer but...

You won't lose much because #1 - you are not overweight and also...

I need to know how many calories you are eating a day but even if you tell me that...

The most you can hope to lose in a month is 4-to-8 pounds at your height and weight

It all depends on how much you weight & height and how many calories you eat a day

i'm 13,if i cycle at 11.5 mph for 40 min,20 in morning and afternoon,how many pounds will i lose after 1 month

Hi Adrian!
My Elliptical broke just today and I was doing about 1 hour of exercise on it, I have lost about 10 pounds since I started a little over 3 weeks ago. I am at 253lbs now. I have a bike and there is a bike trail near, how long will I have to ride to get the same results. I eat near 1000 calories a day, but I know I have to start eating a little more. Also, what are some things to lose belly fat? I am doing 200 crunches a day right now and am climbing 200 stairs, anything else I can do? By the way, I love this site, it's awesome! Thanks

just put the same or better yet more effort into the bike as you did the elliptical to get better results
