hi.im 19y/o and i weight about 190 lbs.im 5'4.i have a baby already and i began to gain weight when i stopped to breastfeed my son.my tummy is still big like im pregnant again.likewise my arms and legs.i cant go to the gym because im the only one thats taking care of my baby.what workouts can u give me even if im just at home?and i want my big tummy to be flat again.wat exercise can u advice me to lose weight FAST.tnx and i hope u can help me. :)
