How much do you weigh exactly?

You may have to lose more weight (fat) to get your curvy body but...

The best thing you can do right now is...

Keep focusing on losing weight GREAT JOB on losing 40 pounds! and
Do body sculpting exercises at least 2-to3 times a week to help accentuate your curves.

I recently lost 40lbs. My body is looking leaner but I'm losing my curves. Would like to lose 60 more pounds but keep it proportionate and not look like a boy! help!

3 times a week at the most is best and do not do everyday because you wouldn't give your muscles time to rest and firm up

With the love handle broom exercise for your obliques - you don't use heavy weight - you do the opposite and...

Use lighter weight (a broom) for 2-to-3 sets of 16 reps (8 reps per side) and then you slowly work up to using lighter 2,3, or 5 pound dumbbells

lower reps and weights actually will add more to that area for me since im on a high protein diet!!( trying to bulid my legs) can you suggest another plan ? how many sets, and reps should i do? can i do them everyother day, i want to tone that area!I do abs, and lower back every other day, i would want to incorparte this to my workout! thanks, sorry if im asking too many questions! i like your website

The most you can do this is 1-to-2 sets 4 times a week and make sure that each day you do this exercise you make it harder by adding more weight or reps

You have to give your body time to rest and heal

Hello,

I was here before stating the strong desire to finially get this life of mine together even though my challenges are very rough right now. I will fight this fight to the best of my ability(being very personal here). I will be doing Jillian Michaels stomach exercise and your broom exercise. I read how some people like my self personally is suffering with this thing we call being out of shape. Thank you for sending good information to people maybe you will never know what you really do for me.........

i need help really badly im a boy and i have a really massive hip i dont no what to do and i cry when i look in the mirrior. please help me i beg you......can any one help me im onli 14 years old and i have a waste of 39 inches and need help to lose it.
people look at me and say "i have to hips" and idnt like that no girls like me ethier because im fat i cant controll myself over food sametimes.

when i go on hoilday i lose a lot of weight people say and i dnt belive that.
they try saying that so i feel happy please help me, im stuck between my hips and thighs i dont know what to do i cry same tmes

the broom is fine but eventually.. you should go to 2-5 pound weights to challange your body

I had abdomen lipo on May 31 can not due any stomach crunchs of ANY kind. Will this pull my stomach muscles? Just don't want to hurt anything! Thanks
