Supposably if you do twists and side bends like that it widens your waist it doesnt actually get rid of your love handles.

workouts that do get rid of your handles are these 4:

stomach vaccums

lying pelvic lifts

modified crunches

elbow to oppesite knee crunch

Heyy . Im Monica im about 5'4 &' i weight 142lbs i can admit I have love handles &' a belly Im not over weight -_- so dont think I am . but point is, I eat alot. about 4 times a day . so do you think eating twice a day and having a 30 minute work out will work for me and get rid of my love handles ??

depends on how over weight you are and even then...

it's not the love exercises that do it - it's the diet and cardio/intervlas that really make you lose the love handle fat

hi, im 5ft 2" and 16, i'm really frustrated as i have a bit of a tyre middle. the lower of my belly is and love handles is bigger the my upper abdomen. my hips are also smaller than my tire belly, i just want a curvey figure but when i wear jeans my fat bulges at the side looking very unflattering, what exersices and dietry advice could you give me?

Heyy ,
my summer has been an emotional rollercoaster , the guy I thought to be crazy about commented on my body and said " your body is so disproportional and I don't find your body remotely attractive". It hurt, bad. I've never considered myself to be fat. I'm 15 years old and have a flux with my weight (ranges from 124-128) i'm about 5'2. I'd love to prove him wrong. I want to have an hour glass figure with nicely cut abs and firmer thighs. I want to have an attractive beach body and one that I won't be so timid to show off. Any tips for a heartbroken teen? I also want to go on a diet but I don't know where or how to start.. Helpppp!

Hi.. im skinny... 5'8 and weigh 135. i love my body, but i want to lose love handles. my stomche is flat but i have love handles n the side and sum little love handles on the back...I do not want to lose any weight, but only get rid of my love handles...

i want to also do my excercise for a bigger butt, so how can i do excercise for bigger butt but at the same time have a smaller waist without losing or gaining any weight?

your body compostion will change no matter what meaning you will lose some fat (weight loss) and gain muscle for bigger butt

I am 5'4" and i am 127lbs, i run track, play soccer, and cheerlead. Most people say im fit, but i still have lovehandles. I have a small waist, and i would say i have abs if i flex you can see them... But how come with all my sports and everything i still have love handles? Ive tried some things to make them slim down... Any more suggestions then just besides this workout ? Thanks for reading,

Hey. I do 100 of this exercise each side 50 everyday. My waist does go in, but i want it to go more in like kelly brook, Kim kardashian, sophia loren, Amber rose..
Would i have to do more to get it like theirs.. Also do you know any other exercise accpet this one to make my wasit go in, as i want to do loads everyday. I have checked out the other ones like the hammer sledge etc... But i need some that i can do at home only, cuz i dont like going to the gym.
Please can you help. Thanks.

Explain calorie deficit. I know that 3500 calories = 1 lb. I desire to lose 2lbs. I exercise 5 days a week (Tae Bo and Jillian's 40 min strength training) and I eat approximately 1500 calories per day. I'm 37 and weigh 193. What do I need to do to lose 2lbs per week? Thx!!

Simple..

-eat better foods
-cut back on calories (which you are doing)
-exercise

and you'll lose 1-2 pounds a week

hey i have quite a toned stomach but im stopped growin up, i do excercise regularly - dance infact about 5 hrs a week but, a couple close to me have ppointed out the bits of fat just above my hips - im told they're love handles you gotta any idea on how to get rid of them or at least make them smaller thanks

I was wanting to achieve an hourglass figure (I'm following your exercises for firmer breasts and a larger bum), but I'm worried about losing inches from my waist - doing exercises causes muscles to become bigger, so if I do this exercise will it make my oblique muscles bigger, thus giving me less waist definition?
