How to use tire flip training to build a better body to get ripped...

To burn lots of fat + build muscle flipping a tire...

Here's some sample fat burning + muscle building Tire workouts...

Workout A

  1. Warm-up 5-to-10 minutes and then...
  2. Time yourself and flip a tire 35-to-100 times or 50-100 yards and afterwards...
  3. Record time & write down how long it took you to flip a tire 35-to-100 times or 50-100 yards and then...
  4. Take at least 10 days off and...
  5. Repeat steps 1-thru-4 again but try to flip a tire 35-to-100 times or 50-100 yards in less time and...
    • If you beat you time or finish your workout in less time then reward yourself with a cheat meal or treating yourself to a movie but...
    • If you don’t beat your time or if it takes you longer to flip a tire 35-to-100 times or 50-100 yards – punish yourself by working out more by doing something like a 2 mile jog or the 50/50 push-up & pull-up workout challenge

i love you and your workouts. i left a hard job that i had to lift and throw 60 to 80 lb boxes 12 hrs al day, to a job that i sit on my ass. i have had a hard time getting myself to workout. workouts a for yuppies. A hard working woman doesnt need to work out; now im 180lb, 5'3"
