oke thnx..but i'm really skinny right now..cus a friend of mine told me that if a do this exercise i will be more skinny..and maybe i will wait to gain more weight and than do this exercise..so if i do this exercise will my thighs get thicker or skinny..or what can i do to gain weight or this exercise will help mi gain weight..plss helpp mee

Yes - this exercise will you thighs like beyonce i.e. round, big and thick if you progressivley use more resistance to get thicker thighs and...

YES - It's better not do a combination of other exercises but every 3-to-4 weeks you want to do a different thigh exeercise like these 2 here...

1. A quick leg workout you can do at home to firm up your thighs

2. Do Jump Squats to tone up your glutes, hips & thighs fast

Yes, this is one of the many exercises you can do to help get thicker thighs but depending on your fitness level and if this exercise is too easy for ou then you have to either...

Jess ,

Your muscles start to show when your body fat is low - if your body fat levels are not that low then you won't have to worry about your muscles showing -for example...

you can do six pack abs exercises and your abs will never show unless you lose weight or lower your bodyfat so YES...

You can do these exercises and not have them show if your bodyfat is not really low

I don't think i want to tone my muscles to actually make them show, since I'm a girl. I just want to have just a little bit bigger thighs and legs.
so...Is that possible to just get bigger thighs without letting the muscles show?
And if so, what do I have to do.

I have toned bird legs like a runner. I want to build up my inner thighs. Any suggestions?

The broomstick is there for resistance and if the broom is too light - use dumbbells or barbells for extra weight
