The main thing you can do is keep losing weight and hopefully you may lose some hip fat to make your hips look smaller but You can also do 2 sets of 12 reps of certian hip exercises using lighter weights to make your hips look smaller.

I'm 47 and have lost 35lbs since Oct of last year. I'm down to 143 from 195 2 yrs ago and am 5'4". Since mowing season has begun, I try to mow for an hour a day (not self propelled) and the hills give me a full body work out. My problem is I think over the last several months, I have not consumed enough calories and have burned lean mass. I've been 50 lbs overweight most of my adult life. 2 yrs ago, I did the nutrisystem and lost 40 lbs of which 20 were put back on (since lost). My question is..I'm left with horrible sagging thighs (extra skin?) in the back of my legs, especially apparent if I bend over. I expected the saggy belly (carried twins) but never had the saggy thighs 2 yrs ago but I didn't mow then either. My body is hard under the skin (ok except for a tiny bit around the upper thighs and my belly). I haven't had such lean muscles in my legs since I was a teen. I can feel tendons and such. I'm trying to eat more but want to know how I reverse this. I'd rather have bigger thighs versus extra skin. Any advice?
I love this site and will definitely incorporate many of your fantastic exercises into my routine.

I'm really feeling sad today. I've been on your diet for two weeks. The first week I lost 6 pounds and I was so excited, but this week nothing. I have been following the plan as I was the first week. However, there has been a few minor changes. I'm back to work now, so the last meal of the day is around 8:00. Should I just start skipping that meal? Also, after I eat the fruit and drink the why protein a couple of time I didn't eat anything else, because I wasn't hunger. Does this hurt the program? In my mind, I thought if anything it would speed up the weight lose process. I have been excercing 5 days a week, which is new for me. I go to the gym and do intervals for 30 minutes every morning. In miles the distance is 1.90 usually with a 2.0% grade. My heart rate stays between 123-150. I tried your workout, but I have some problems with impacting from jumping. Please respond as soon as possible I really want to lose weight.

The atkins diet is a good diet to start on but it's better to go on a diet & workout plan like this one here and pick "LAZY" as activity level to speed up weight loss and...
Instead of going on a only protein diet like the atkins (which is a good diet for fast weight loss by the way) - It's best to do the diet plan I suggested and just eat higher protein diet where 40-to-50% of your calories are proteins but you can do the atkins and succeed as well but...
Your success or longer term success on atkins all depends on how long you can stay on the diet before getting very bad carb cravings

You have a cheat day but I prefer on your cheat day you limit yourself to maybe 1-to-2 cheat meals and stay on your diet for the rest of the meals for the
cheat day but having said that...
If you just started your diet - only have a cheat day once every 2-to-3 weeks and once you've gotten into the diet habit then you can cheat once a week but
no matter what you decide to do on your cheat day...
You shouldn't expect any drastic weight gains

No matter what your goal is - you should eat at least 1gram of protein per pound of bodyweight or better yet - make sure 30-to-40% of the calories you eat
are from protein and...
Protein is Protein so it doesn't matter if it comes from whey, soy, or food protein

I was just wondering if you could give me some tips about weight loss around the stomach area. I'm in pretty good shape, play tennis everyday at high level
for 2-3hrs. I also have pretty strong core which used to be really defined. I used to work out on and off (3months on, 3 off) but have been gyming for past 6
months now. However, the definition in my abdominal area has gone down. The obliques are a problem as well. I don’t really want bigger abs, just a
slimmer waist and more definition. My diet has been really good the past couple of months, but still not seeing great results. Are there any specific

be honest...
You may not lose 100 pounds in 4 months But I'm not saying it isn't possible - click here to see why
I think a more reasonable goal to shoot for is to lose 40-to-50 pounds in 4 months and YES...
YOU Will lose weight very fast ast the start but as you get leaner you weight loss rate will get slower so you may end up losing your 100 pounds in 4-to-8
months but...

other and...
BMI doesn't work for everyone b/c It's important to remember that... You could have a high BMI but be at a weight that is considered healthy if you're
muscular or athletic so for example...
A bodybuilder like arnold schwarzenegger in his prime would be considered Overweight if he had his BMI measured

At a ideal BMI can a person have about 30%(very high)body percentage fat. Doesnt your BMI reflect the fat percentage also? As in, if you have a high
percentage of body fat, how can u have an ideal BMI?

Online body fat calculators (even the one here at NowLoss.com) are only going to give you at best "estimates" and are not very accurate and the hospital test
you did was probably an electric impedecne test which is one of the least accurate ways to test bodyfat % and...
If you want the cheapest way to get a more acuurate body fat %... Do a caliper test and pinch at least 3 sites on your body (usually back of arm, belly, and
back for women) and the more sites you have pinched the more accurate you'll get but the 3 site caliper test is more accurate than any online or machine
test.

I has a query about my body fat percentage.
the nowloss website gives us a calculation of body fat (http://www.nowloss.com/online-body-fat-
percentage-calculator.htm#fat) and according to that my body fat percentage is 15.48% and that is very low fat. I have also checked out other websites which
calculate the Body fat percentage and they also pegged it at about 15.5 %. According to the navy method, my fat percentage is about 17% which is again low
fat.But,today i went to a health center and they measured my body fat on some machine and said it was 29.5%. My BMI is 20.4. So every website tells me that i
have ideal weight but the machine says that i have a 29.5 % of body fat. Is it possible to have ideal BMI and still have 29.5% ( very high) body fat?
I am very confused as to what to believe. My Basal metabolic rate is 1370 Kcal.
I am female and aged 26years.
Could you throw some light on these contradictory findings.

You're not doing anything wrong and from what you've told me - you're doing everything in the video and you have to remember...
The people in the Tae-Bo videos are exercising in a studio under "hot studio lights" which may also make them sweat more but overall...
Although Sweating may be an indicator of workout intensity - You did say you could "feel it" the next day so I wouldn't worry about how little you're
sweating and most importantly...
If you're seeing results - DON'T Sweat it! (Pun intended)

mean I can feel it working and the next morning I can feel it all over but whilst I'm doing it I don't feel like I'm doing much. Usually when I go to the gym

It seems to me that you want someone else "rather than YOURSELF" to tell you that your lower abs LOOK GOOD and I can't do that for you.
You'll have to decide for yourself if your lower abs look good enough to "NOT" train them or if they need more work but...
If you say you're already lean then chances are - you probably don't have much belly fat at all and you're just overstressing the minor imperfections
and...
You can still do the lower ab exercises here if you're still worried about your lower

If you're on a "weight loss diet" then muscle gain should be minimal and if you've never done these type of exercises before then YES... you may also gain
some muscle weight but you also don't have to worry too much about getting HUGE BULKY bodybuilder legs and....
You can also use lighter weights if you're concerned about gaining big muscles and...
An ideal weigh range for you is 104-to-127 pounds but that's based on insurance companies charts and I
would go here and get a second opinion on that

The best approach would be for you to focus on one goal at a time and decide if you want to lose weight and "get ripped" first or if you want to gain muscle
first?
I would gain muscle first by Doing this diet plan here and you can get a bigger upper body doing these upper body exercises
here and then after you acheived the size you want...
Then you can foucs on losing weigh but...
Read this if you want to burn fat (Lose lower body weight & belly fat) and
build muscle at the same time and although you can build muscle & burn fat at the same time...
You may end up losing a lot of fat but you won't build as much muscle as you would if you just focused on building muscle but would at least maintain or
build a little more muscle than you already have.

I saw your vids on youtube and I am pretty desperate for help in losing weight I am 5'3 and 280lbs. I feel very sluggish and it is a huge chore to carry this
weight around. I have insane cravings for sweets but it is easy for me to eat healthy otherwise meaning baked versus fried and I love veggies. My issue is
that I am sedentary. I sit at a desk for hours then come hom eand sit in front of the tv or pc for a few more. The most exercise I receive is my walk up 2

I'm not going to say that YOU CAN't lose weight but I will say You will lose weight at a much slower rate simply because you are not overweight and your
weight is in the normal range.
As far as your diet goes - I see nothing wrong there but whenever someone who isn't overweight wants to lose weight - low intensity exercises usually won't
help them lose weight (it will help them maintain weight) so...
You need to do higher intensity workouts Like this

So here is the question:
I am 5'7/ 145 lbs and 24 yrs. I want to loose about 10-15 pounds. I eat very healthy (fruits, vegetables, lean meats, low fat dairy, fish, some whole grains
like oatmail etc..)and i do weigth training for an hour 2-3 times per week. Other days i just do a little bicycling with low intensity for 30 min.
I eat around 1200 kcal a day is that too less???
But I am really full eating that amount! Should i eat more even if I am not hungry?? Did this 4 weeks but havent lost any weigth!!!!?

20 pounds in 2 months but also I would like to say...
At your weigh and height - you already LOOK GOOD so unless they're making you lose weight so you can get the acting job - I wouldn't focus on losing 20 pounds
and a smarter thing for you to do in my opinion... Is to go here & do body sculpting exercises using
lighter weights for 8-to-12 reps to make your legs & core look slimmer without losing weight

Are you trying to get your six pack abs to show?
You're probably not doing anything wrong - it just takes time to lose those last pounds of fat covering your abs and first of all...
You may need to do this plan here to get rid of those last few pounds of
fat covering your abs and...
You can actually cut back on doing ab exercises because you already have a six pack and the only thing you need to do to get them to visible is to lose the
fat that's covering your six pack abs and also realize that men need less than 10% body fat for their abs to show and like I already said...
It's going to take time but it WILL
happen for you.

truth is everybody loses weight in different areas as they lose weight and eventually as you keep losing weight (like how you already lost 13 pounds)

i went to check out the whey protien you advised to take for the 3-4 week weight program. When i read the content label i found there was 100-200 calories
(depending on serving size) in each scoop. Im trying to limit my calories to about 1,500-1,600 a day and taking large amounts of whey protien will use many
of my calories. Also, I want to look lean, not bulky. Will you please explain to me what whey is good for and if it is ok to use on my diet???

You want to avoid all LOng 45+ min cardio sessions and do 20-to-45 minute higher intensity cardio sessions 3-4x a week so it won't interfere with your butt
building goals.

Hello Adrian, first of all I would like too thank you with just the information alone.
I'm 17 year's old 6"4, I weigh 238lb. The thing is, I used to box for 4 and a half years, and be really fit. Now, I'm lazy a couch potato, I mean don't get me

I tried to follow your suggestions and this is how far I've come.
Since last week Ive tried to follow the diet plan you suggested me.
1. I don't always eat 2 raw fruit or vegetables before each meal.
2. I do not take whey protein before each meal because of the taste of it.
3. Im finding it very hard finding out how many calories each meal contains.
4. Instead of following the workoutplan you suggested me (due to lack of space) I've entered a fitness studio doing 1 hour of cardio workout 4-5 times a week
in the mornings
5. and last I don't take a fatburner before workout.
I've had a couple of "falling out" moments but still holding on. I've untill now (1 week) only lost 1 pound ![]()
I now Im far from overweight. But how can I fasten up the weight loss like 2-4 pounds a week or what am I not doing right?

Weight loss pills are really only needed for people who are AREN'T overweight so if you're already overweight - you don't need to focus on diet pills right
now and YES - the 'B6' diet supplement may work I've never heard of it but like i said - if you're overweight - don't worry about weight loss pills for

HI Adrian I’m 17 years old and I stumbled upon your page by you tube. I was looking for exercises for my lower abs and love handles. So I
finally went and checked out our actual website and I loved it. It makes me fell like I can actually loss my weight. I have always been chubby my whole life
even when I would play sport and everything, but I’m sick of it now and I’m going to do something about it. I have tried many things before like
pills, diet plans, and the programs where they send you food, none of them worked beside weight watchers but that was difficult because I was the only doing
it in my family and there was all the bad food around me especially at home. But anyways enough with my life story I was just wondering if you have to take
the fat burning pills that you recommended because my mother just bought me B6 metabolism support. It says it’s a dietary supplement. But will that work
just as good or will it not give me the same results?

It's no side effects to working out at night but you'll miss out on burning extra calories because if you go to sleep after working out - your metabolism
won't burn as much calories because your metabolism is slowest when you sleep

I think you'll get down to at least 120 pounds but realize as you get leaner - your
weight loss rate will get slower & slower and you're at a point now where EXERCISE is
more important than diet is so keep doing what're your doing for now but whenever you

hi. im 16 , 5'2" and i lost 12 pounds already and am now 130 pounds. I do
jamie king dance , or biggest loser workouts in the a.m. , and in the p.m. i walk or
do the elliptical. i also eat mainly fruits throughout the day , an egg in the
morning and protein (fish or chicken) for dinner. i want to get down to 110-115 by
august 16, is this possible with your lose 20 in 3-4 wks program? and if this weight
goal is not feasible what would you recommend?

Yes - it's possible but realize since you're not overweight - you're going to lose
weight at a slower rate simply because you don't have much of any weight to lose so
you're going to have to be patient in your weight loss journey

As far as light weight, more reps or heavy weight, light weights for gaining muscle
and burning fat - Both ways can help you burn fat and gain muscle and the best answer

Hey Adrian,
I have been doing a total body workout class twice a week using weights and a
stability ball and I was wondering what is better more weights and less reps or less
weights and more reps to gain muscle and burn fat faster. I also have been bike
riding a 1/2 hr two days a wk and using a treadmill. I have been doing all this for
about 6 wks now but i am just not seeing the results I would like to as fast. I need
to lose about 40 lbs. and I would like to do it by August 1st. As far as my eating
plan I have been doing 5 small meals a day with protein. Is there anything you
could suggest that I do differently to maybe speed things along. I am 46 and I feel
like my metabolism has just stopped sometimes. I appreciate all your input as usual.

ok so you know how we should change our workouts after you lose 5 pounds?
well ive lost 6 so i thought id change it up, ive been doing an average of an hour
ofdancing for 5 days a week(this exercise was split into 3 different times of the
day) and so i thought i would switch it up. so today around 8 this morning, i went on
my bike for an hour. i did sweat but i didnt burn as many calories as i normal do,
dancing.what can i do to make it more intense? iv switched gears on my bike so i use
more effort and not to mention i live in AZ and it was 105 when i went out. its weird
cuz when i dance im inside but i sweat a lot more.

me. Where do I begin. Well I'm a 31 yr. old, 5'2, and 206 lb female. I am obese and
undisciplined. I've tried every diet but failed because of lack of will power or

it helping you lose 30 pounds and as for colon cleansing...

You really can't target weight loss in certain areas of your body and when you lose
weight - you lose weight all over your body and people lose weight in different
places when they lose weight but I will say this about you...
Once you start on a weight loss plan - I feel confident enough to say
that most of te weight you lose will be from your stomach and back since you say your

ok so its about my exercise, ive been starting exercise with my new diet
since wednesday and i have been dancing for about 30-60 minutes at least and i
recently started adding sit ups and lunges, and girl push ups( lol)...ok so
everythings been fine, but today was weird, i was sweating A LOT MORE than usual..,.i
thought as u go along, u can go longer withput sweating as much, could it be because
before i exercised i had about 24 ounces of water....and anotherquestion, ok so i kno
girl push ups dont seem like much, but do they help? because the next day i feel it
in my arms, and even when i just finished doing them i feel it...

#1 - Double check your number of calories you ate & also make sure you were honest
about picking the right activity level and if you did that right...
#2 - ask yourself this - do you look slimmer or have other people noticed that you
looked slimmer since doing this although you gained weight? - if the answer is Yes -
then you have nothing to worry about then because that means you're gaining muscle
and you probably gained it depending on the type of workouts you were doing and MEn
tend to gain muscle weight faster than women because of higher testosterone levels
when doing a workout plan for the first time or starting to workout again after a
long lay off but if you don't think this is the case then
#3 - Were you on a (VLCD) Very Low Calorie Diet for a long time before you you started
this plan? If so... then your metabolism has slowed to a point where you gain weigh
even when on a diet. and if this isn't the case...
#4 - What kind of foods are you eating - If you're eating too many bad foods and/or
salty foods this will cause you to retain water weight making you look bloated - and
if this also isn't the case...
#5 - Please read 7 ways to quickly break out of a weight loss plateau to
also help troubleshoot your weight loss problems and...

Hi Adrian, it's me Gabby again. And I think the reason why I gain the weight
back is because it's hard for me to focus on my goal sometimes. I tend to take the
all or nothing route, so when I am out with friends, and I cheat a little, I usually
end up quitting the diet, and go back to my regular eating habits, which aren't good

Hey, I'm 5'4 and I weigh 215.
I was wondering what was the fastest way I could lose weight. I'd like to get rid of
my flabby arms and stomach. Also, I have a friend who weighed as much as me but she
started eating very little and working out everyday, and now she has a bikini-body!!
Do you think I could have the same results if I do that as well? I have no problem
with excercise, I actually like it, and I lose weight quickly...but I gain it easily

it's a great thing you're doing here, a great public service. I have done lots of
research and tried lots of things and I can tell that you're offering a reasonable,
healthy solution for weight loss. So, I need some help fine tuning and nailing down
a concrete plan for fast weight loss. I have been working out religiously for about
six months. I went from 4 minutes on the stairclimber to 60 minutes. So I do 90
intense minutes daily, burning over 1000 calories. I eat low carb, low sodium about
1500 calories a day. It's hard to stay motivated unless I see results fast and I am
now losing about 2 lbs per week. How can I lose faster? If you could just suggest a
plan from the site for eating and interval training, that would be great. I am very
disciplined and somewhat fit. I am 34, 170 lbs 5.4. I'd love to lose 20 lbs in the
next month if possible!

Yes - you have to eat to lose weight and if you don't - you're metabolism will shut
down and not burn as many calories plus you'll make it easier for your body to store
fat and yes...
You can lose weight just by drinking only meal replacements but I can't tell you how
much weight you would lose if any unless I knew how much you weigh and how many total
calories you're eating everyday but I don't think you'll be able to lose weight long
term doing this so...
You have to ask yourself - how long can you keep this up to lose weight
permanently

#2 - for your 0-to-300 calorie meals try to make sure you eat mainly these weight foods by eating more fruits & veggies, by eating
more high protein meats & raw nuts plus drinking ICE cold water and
#3 - Do this workout plan here while on this diet
and that should give you a boost plus...
#4 - before you do any of this - Read how to break out of a weight loss plateau to
make sure you're not doing anything to sabotage your weight loss.

Help me please! I am 28 years old 5'9 and 155 lbs. I have a son so I have
that baby blub. I decided to change my eating habits and start working out I mostly
want to tone up my thighs and shed that spare tire. I have been consulting your web
site all the way.
I used to only eat breakfast and dinner and now I have been snacking all day long
but still keeping my calories below 1200. Lots of fruit and veggies. That part isn't
so bad because I never feel hungry. I have been working out also. I run twice a week
2 miles and 3 mornings a week I do 100 bicycle crunshes, 50 one legged squates on
each leg and 50 elevated push ups.
I have been doing this for three weeks now and I haven't seen any results. I have
gained three pounds and my pants feel tighter. I feel really sad and discouraged.

Hi adrian, what can i say i have lost a total of 50 lbs in the last couple of
years through changing my eating habits and excercise. This year i have been doing
alot of walking as much as 12-14 miles 3 to 4 times weekly. Everyone tells me dont
loose any more weight. I am 5'4. See there is a method to this madness to loose an
additional 15 lbs. I want to go straight muscle like heavy weight training. These
last 15 lbs are stubborn. I tried weight lifting with high reps this week but only 20
lbs of weight. I dont like that (at least not right now at 145) because i bulk up
very quickly in the arms. My problem area as most women would be the mid-section and
arms. What could i do to lose the 15 lbs by july 18. I wondered have i hit a plateau.

First of all - eating only 300 calories TOTAL is way too low and on my diet plan
you're having FOur 100 calorie protein shakes = 400 calories + lots of fruits &
veggies plus + FOUR 0-t0-300 calorie meals so on my plan you'll end up eating at
least 1000-to-1200 calories a day but let's forget about that diet for a moment
becasue that diet plan is really for weight loss emergencies only and since you don't
have one...
You should foucs on a more longer term weight loss plan so...

answer three guestions for you so here are the answers: i started the program Mon.9th
which is fore days ago ,i exercise fore about 2hrs and more sometimes ,my calories
intake is not more than 300. I am 21yrs of age and i have a baby two going on three
months and married. My husband is really handsome and is always in the gym he is not
fat at all u know ,so it puts more presure on me to get slim, i would like to go back
to 140lbs but its just so hard fore me .i don't even feel to go out with him anymore
i feel as though person are thinking of us as the odd couple thinking of me as a fat

What you're doing now is fine for fast weight loss and I highly doubt you'll lose 17
pounds quickly by taking sudafed with coffee and I have done some research on this
not a lot but... - I have read that this combo you speak of is dangerous
so...
Stick with what you're doing and the weight will come off fast enough.

You certainly started out right but what seems to me what happen is...
Your body got used to the same workout every night so... you simply just need to do
different body sculpting exercises to keep seeing results.
Just go here and pick 1-to-2
body sculpting exercises for each body part you want to make look better and then
do 3-to-4 sets of 12 reps of the exercises you pick and only do them 1-to-2 times a
week.

I really need help! I've worked out since december and I haven't seen any
change. Some people tell me I look a little different but not too much. I've worked
out every night. I did 100 crunches, 30 chair leg lifts on the floor, 15 push ups,
bicycle legs 30 times, and I held my legs up for a minute and 30 seconds every night.
I've tried so hard. It's not that I want to lose weight, I just want to tone up. I'm
not really big but I want to look better.

basketball all my life, all the way through college. And because of the strenuous
play, I've had three knee surgeries. Now, at twenty-two years of age, I've lost a
lot of my mobility, muscle due to not working out properly or even enough, and
overall strength. I've let myself go by eating whatever I want and not working out.
I don't belong to a gym, so the at home exercises are very helpful and effective.

I have tried the cambridge diet and lost 18lbs on it after my second child. However,
since then I would like to loose a further 12 lbs as we have a close family wedding

I need your help, I am getting married in December. It is now June, I

weigh 142. How often should I spin, I am already doing the good healthy
eating. No soda's, water, juice, protein, vegetables etc. I have my whole
family eating much healthier. I just never worked out so I don't know how
often, how much, etc.
Any advice is great. Spinning is great and it seems to work my whole body?

Thanks!! I worked really hard to lose the weight but I still have a lot
more to go. I am 20 years old and 5' 7" and currently 182 lbs. So I am not
quite there yet. I wish I could say I was exaggerating about my calves but
unfortunatly I'm not. They truly are big and don't look feminine in my
eyes. So I am just so desperate to reduce them. But thanks so much for your

NO - I don't think ellipticals make your calves bigger and as a matter of
fact - you have a greater chance of getting bigger calves from walking
but...
How much do you weigh overall? - I really can't see you having big calves
-are you sure you're not stressing too much over this?
The only way you can reduce calve muscle is to not train your calves so
they'll atrophy or get smaller so...
That means not doing whatever activity you believe is contributing to your
big muscular calves Even if that means you not doing the elliptical
-which I don't think makes calves big

Hi Adrian, I recentlt lost 134 pounds and I am still working on it.
However, I hate the size of my calves they really are HUGE. Especially with
summer I want to have nice thin calves so I can wear dresses like all my
friends when we go out. I have been doing the elliptical 3-4 times a week
the program I do goes up to a resistance of 4 and an incline of 16 or 18. I
am now reading places that elliptical machines make your calve muscles
bigger. Is this true?? I was very alarmed to hear this because I did the
elliptical so often. Please help me!! What is the fastest and productive

Hi Adrian, I need your advice, I have been writing you some months

Now my problem is that I have gotten so thin that everyone is asking me

The speed at which you lose weight all depends on many
factors and the main factor being your weight so any weight loss claims
by the idiots
diet for 9 pounds in 11 days or even the claims I make for losing 20 pounds in 4
weeks with my diet are all true people have lost lots of weight on
either plan but the amount of weight you lose does highly depend on how
overweight you are but...
As for calorie shifting - the idea behind calorie shifting is that you eat
a low amount of calories for a certain period of time (maybe 2 days to 1
week) and then for a shorter period of time you eat a normal amount of
caloires to maintian your weight or even eat a little bit more than you
need to maintain your weight
The theroy behind this is if that since most people can't stay on a diet
too long (meaning eating less than normal) that psychologially - you
need a break or a cheat day as something for you to look forward to so
you'll stay on the diet longer.

you have alot on your sight about eating often, and it makes complete sense, but what if your in a situation, like myself, where you don't have time to eat often AT ALL! i work in an emergency room, im usually, if not ever, covered in my uniform and safety gloves. i get alot of blood and urine and vomit and spit on me all the time. their is no way for me to stop what im doing to eat something every two hours.
however, i was reading about the french diet. they say to eat breakfast, snack and then have the largest meal of the day at lunch. would you recomend this, being an expert?

Im starting to eat more healthy and im starting to workout. Im using creatine and protein for supplments. Im 175lbs and my body fat is 14%. Im kind of looking for that Daniel Craig look but with a slimmer mid-section. I am new to working out and I started last week. Im doing one of the plans someone showed you on the Daniel Craig page. Anyways, my question is... does it really only take 3-4weeks to see a difference?

The best thing you can do to get rid of midsection fat is to lose weight all over your body (plenty of weight loss tips here at NowLoss.com) and...
Colon cleanse will only help if you're not having regular bowel movements and the 5 pounds in 2 days plan only helps you lose excess water weight and not fat

You're doing the right exercises and here's some more butt exercises you can try but...
The main reason why you're probably not seeing results is because you're using the wrong weights & reps - can you tell me how much weight you use, the # of reps & sets you do when doing butt exercises?

I have a question. Being Latina it breaks my heart that I don't have a super curvaceous figure. I have a nice booty but that's about it. I have no waist and have broad shoulders, it drives me insane. I've got great legs and a nice booty but I don't feel feminine b/c of my shoulders and no waist. Do you have any exercises that might help acentuate my waist? I can't do anything about my shoulders so if I can work on a nice waist... I think it detracts and might add to the "cinching" visually. I have at least 80 lbs. to lose and I'm scared to do crunches, weight training etc. b/c a trainer told me that it will bulk me up and I will look bigger and it would be harder to lose weight. So, what do I do? I am motivated to lose weight but I'm afraid of losing it and not looking good. If that makes sense! Thank you Adrian.

Since you're only 134lbs - chances are you're not overweight and if you are - you're not that much overweight so it's going to harder for you to lose weight so in order for you to lose weight You need this advanced weight loss plan here

The bad news is that you don't have a spark to light your ass on fire and make you say "I NEED TO DO THIS!" so what I suggest is...
Focus more on why you want to look good in Sept and focus more on how you'll feel after completing the 5K and I also feel that...

Hello Adrian, I found your site by accident, or maybe fate who knows. Here is a little tiny history. I am 34, weigh 230lbs and am 5.6 feet tall. I have belly fat from two kids. I have walked and run and gone to the gym, I take the Power weigh class and the spinning class. I haven't been in awhile. Last summer I lost 15 lbs doing the power class and running a mile a day. Somewhere I lost my chi and now I am frustrated. I have my 1o year anniversary party in september and want to look good. I can't find the motivation inside myself. I just look at my belly and shake my head. I can run a mile in 14 minutes. I want to run a 5k by the end of the year but I sometimes just can't make myself go get on the treadmill or go to the gym. I am about a size 18 and would like eventually to be a 12 like I was when my husband met me. Do you have anything inspiring to suggest to me? I also do not sit around eating unhealthy all the time. I eat cereal and milk for breakfast, lunch is a half of an avocado with some whole grain crackers and maybe some popcorn or yorgurt, and dinner is chicken, fish or some kind of family meal. I do not eat seconds and do not eat overly large portions. I also do not eat past 7pm. And I guess I hope I haven't made this too long...but I hope you have something good to get me going. I am going to try to get on the treadmill today. Thanks a bunch!

Hey, how are you doing? Im 19 years old, 5'9 tall, 173 pounds and your BF% said I have 14% body fat. Id like to get a toned/lean body like Paul Walker does from Into The Blue in about 2 weeks. I was thinking about just doing bodyweight workouts like pull ups, crunches, push ups and dips then some cardio at the beginning or end. I also have some creatine and protien and a colon cleanse.
How would you put a workout routine using those workouts to get a body like his? I saw other people had bodyweight workouts as well... Could I just use one of those? If so, which one would be the best to use? I dont mind if I gain more muscle than paul walker has.

This is an O.K. workout plan and since you're a beginnger - you're going to see results pretty fast anyway but my only concern is that you may be overtraining so...
I would just do 5-to-8 sets of 5-to-10 reps of the pullups, dips, and p-ups but each set (if you can) try to add moe resistance by adding weight with a weight vest and if you can't add weight - just stick to 10 reps but you will eventually have to add weight (resistance) if you want more muscle and instead of crunches... Do the six pack ab workout here and once this workout gets too easy or boring...

Hey, I have a question. Im 5'10, 170 pounds. Ive never really worked out or anything and I want to start. I really only want to get cut and lean. Would this workout routine work?
Its kind of confusing but Id do 3 sets and 10 reps. Then after that 3 sets I would do another 3 sets but this time id do 9 reps. The reps would keep going down one until I cant do anymore.
I'd do pull ups, dips, push ups and crunches then 10 minute cardio.
I'd do this plan 3 times a week.
Does this sound like a solid workout to do to reach my goal?

I have been doing skipping .. i do some standing exercise which puts more pressure on my upper thights and toes .. hands.. and few exercise by sleeping on the floor.. this I do to reduce my tummy and thights again .. and the exercise you suggested me that is pushing my tummy in..
I also notice that any tension or deep thoughts ( sad thoughts or quarrels for silly things) make me look huge the next day .. i was under depression so i was under pills for somtime.. i m not using them anymore.. I am an Indian .. so few of frnds suggested me to intake only chapathi for my lunch or dinner.. i did the same.. it work .. but back to bad shape again in few days .. i also have white oats .. and lime juice.. salads yet times.. ( sorry its too long ) .. pls help me out to becomg a little skinny .and back in shape..

I am 15 years old about 5'8, 185lbs. I am very active and athletic. I play hockey all summer, 1-3 times a week. I box for 2hr 1-3 times a week. also i also try to run when i can. on top of that i lift weights and weight resistant work outs. i also try and eat healthy. and suggestions on how i can lose my extra weight around my chest and stumic - Also should i be taking protein powder and things like that to maximize my results?

i have cerebal palsy. i was wondering what are some simple sit down type of excersises i could do that will help me lose my belly fat and if there are any possible workouts i cant do for my back side? will things like stationary bike riding burn that fat? i heard to lose fat you have to spend 30 mins on a tredmill to get your heart rate up of its worthless can i spend 15 mins. and still get results?

Go here and do this workout instead for your midsection
You don't need to do no more than 8-to-15 reps per set for abs or no more than 75 reps total per exercise

I've recently lost 112 pounds in 8 months. (from 362 to 250) I used cardio with an eliptical, walking, and a completely changed diet to reach this level. As with the loss come the lose skin. I've started working with weights and resistance to help maintain my loss and to tighten my skin, but I haven't seen much progress. I use the lotion and drink plenty of water. my ab workout is every day with 280 crunches and 150 roman sit-ups with twist. Do you have any more suggestions. thanks

What exercises or things are you doing exactly that you see results from and then you blow up from?
And how much do you weigh?
This "blowing up" may be water retention - have you seen how to lose 5 pounds in days - it tells you how to lose water weight fast and then it tells you how to keep your water weight in check after you lose it.

Colon cleanse would help but it's not nescessary to use one if you're avoiding bad foods, drinking lots of water and eating raw fruits & veggies and this plan will help get your body fat % down - esp. the workout

Are your shoulders muscular or are you saying they got broader as you gained weight?
If you did gain weight -do you think it's muscle you gained.
The way I see it... If you gained muscle or have muscular "broader" looking shoulders - the best thing you can do is stop whatever activity you're doing that causing muscle growth in your shoulder area so your shoulder muscles will shrink or atrophy from non-use but on the other hand...
Let's say you gained fat that caused the broader shoulder look - the only thing you can do is go on a weight loss plan to lose fat to get the look you want.
