Hello there, i recently had a baby boy now 5mos. old. i'm 5'2 weight 116lbs 19% body fat. I loved my hips and butt after delivery but it's all fading now that I've lost my baby weight. However I've always been a DD and those haven't faded. I want to balance out my body. I've always admired big round perky butts and want to start weight training to make mine bigger. I will try the Jessica Biel workout. Can you please tell me what i can do to re-tighten my abdominal muscles, my waist line is wider now, it's been a challenge. Can the StairMaster be used to substitute the hills in the J-Lo routine? If so, how many times should that be used and how should I do it as far as intervals. Also, I tried doing the pillow excercise on my bed, but since my bed is a Full size and my arms are sort of short. I cant fuly reach over to grip when I lift my legs. When I move up to get a good grip, I dont feel it much in my butt. What should I do?

I was wondering if it was at all possible to get your butt shaped and toned in 1 month. All of the "butt bigger" exercises here will work that area but remember this...

The key to gaining permanent butt size is using low reps (like 5-to-8 reps) and heavy weights and at least 6 sets.

You should try the J-Lo butt workout or DO the Jessica Biel butt workout if you have no hills

i need some help i had a tummy tuck and some lipo on my thighs. surgeon was kind of aggressive on the outer thigh hip area and not so aggressive on the inner thigh for loss of elasticity. my friends used to tell me i had a jlo butt butt since the lipo my butt shape has changed (my ex husband used to say my butt was the shape of a heart )and i have no shape on my outer thigh is there any way i can resculpt my lower body is there anything i should be eating just to get back the shape

It sounds like you still have some stubborn fat in your hip area and if your want that area to shrink you'll have to burn off the fat so...

hey! so this is the deal with me. i love my body. my waist is 24 inches and my stomach is pretty flat (could be better but who's perfect?) and my butt is a good, nice round size. i want to keep my body the way it is so i decided to start doing some cardio. i started running but after 2 weeks of running (i only did it 2 times a week), i noticed my butt getting smaller!! i dont want my butt getting smaller, i want to stay the same! so is there something to keep my body how it is? like a maintaining diet or something. also, i wouldnt mind if my butt gets bigger. the last thing i want to do is to lose my booty. and last thing, is there anything to do about bloating besides avoiding certain foods?

If your butt is mostly muscle and also if your butt is already shapely & toned...

You don't have too worry too much about losing your butt unless your butt is mostly "jiggly" fat and when you burn fat by walking, running or jogging - you'll also burn butt fat making your butt get smaller so bottom line is...

If your butt is muscular & athletic looking - don't worry about losing it and...

Weight loss will help your butt get smaller if you're overweight or if your butt is mostly muscle then you need to cut down on the activities or exercises that use your butt so your butt muscles will shrink which is going to be hard to do since you butt is involved in a lot of things so...

Here's the answer to your question here but basically it says...

"Ankles are a genetics based thing more than an environmental thing & thus exercise isn't going to do a lot. It's like having a big nose- you can lose all the weight you want but it ain't going to get any smaller! This is because ankles aren't prone to fat distribution like thighs, buttocks and stomachs. Lots of thin people have disproportionately chunky calves & ankles (aka cankles) compared to the rest of their body."

Leg lifts & treadmills will only tone or help maintain what you have - So to get a bigger butt, Do the J-Lo butt workout or Do this Jessica Biel butt workout if you don't have hills to run on but the main thing to remember is...

When doing the exercises like the chair squats & lunges... make sure you use moderate-to-heavy weights to add muscular butt & leg size and...

Toning results vary from person to person but usually results go like this...

If you're a beginnger or if you've never done this exercise before - results may come rather quickly and if you're not a beginner...

It may take longer and as for cellulite - toning exercise do help some but Your diet and proper skin care mainly helps reduce or get rid of cellulite

Monica,

I think I said men do More set but less reps and i said that because usually... Men want bigger muscles and this is why I recommened that and women who want a bigger butt should follow the same rules...

More sets & less reps but women also tend to be satisfied with thier results doing a variety of set & rep ranges

Oh and for the record I am not male I was asking because I thought that if I did more set with more reps it would help widen my hips. Is that so???

ARE YOU THE BALD CHOCOLATE IN THE VIDEO???? (You're CUTE!!!) Ha ha ha anyways your comment to Anonymous was if they where a male do less set but more reps. Why is that. I am 5'1 and I have been doing the hill sprints and a host of other exercises for my butt. (it worked thanks to you I now have junk in my trunk hahaha!!!) Now I want to widen my hips more. Is this possible?? Should I just keep doing this excercise and be patient and wait or is this just not working for my hips???

I'm guessing your a male and if so... Do some of these exercsies for 5-to-8 sets of 3-to-12 reps using moderate-to-heavy weights but if you're a female...

Just do the exercises as is

Oh yes i forgot to add that I have very broad shoulders so, it looks weird that I have no braod hips to match up. Help?

Hello, um I wanted to know what would work out for me. You see, I have no hips and a flat butt. I have a nice upper body, and at school I'm always being made fun of. I am 16, and when people look at my upper half they wouldn't expect me to have such a bad bottom half. Is there anything I can do, I am in need?

Hi first off i want to say that you are great and i love this program. lots of people charge so much money, but you you can tell that you care enough to help people out rather then just trying to get their money. well my question is...... i had a c section a couple of months ago and most of the excercise that i do hurt my stomach bad! is there anthing easier that i can do? please let me know.
