Ive been doing your excersices for a few weeks now and it seems like the middle part of my butt doesnt wanna budge, my butt is starting to look a little boxy and flat because of the middle part. which excersice out of the ones you have that I should do more of to get a more plump booty, especially in the middle area.

Is there a certain amount of sets to do on any of the exercises. Or are you supposed to just on set on each one. (not reps)
