Dr Perricone, I wanted you to know that I started your diet 3 month's ago. I was 50 lbs over weight and my lab values were not great. I have been on your way of eating and I have dropped 30 lbs and I have dropped my cholesterol by 70 points.

I started your diet approximately one month ago. It works! Especially after coming off a two year Atkins diet. I never realized how much potential damage I may have caused my body on that anti-oxidant diet! I lost weight but my skin looked terrible.
