Dr Perricone, I wanted you to know that I started your diet 3 month's
ago. I was 50 lbs over weight and my lab values were not great. I have been
on your way of eating and I have dropped 30 lbs and I have dropped my cholesterol
by 70 points.
It went from 243 and now is 173. My triglycerides went from 248 and are
now 58. I work in surgery and my doctor's could not believe it... Wow Thanks
for the great diet and it worked with all my hard work. I tell everyone
that I did it on your program.

I started your diet approximately one month ago. It works! Especially after
coming off a two year Atkins diet. I never realized how much potential damage
I may have caused my body on that anti-oxidant diet! I lost weight but my
skin looked terrible.
I have more energy now, skins definitely looks better and even lost weight
without really trying!
