After my first child, I was able to do Taebo and diet and lose all the weight. After my second, I hadn't gained a pound! Then after my third, I haven't been able to get this flab off to save my life! I've tried about four different diets and at-home exercise programs...got any suggestions? Thanks!

At 12 years old you don't need supplements anyway and supplements are really only needed by people who are NOT overweight but still want to lose more weight

Yes it's okay for kids to use "natural" supplements like Hydroxycut & green tea but like myself...

Kids should not use regular hydroxycut and use caffeine free hydroxycut instead

If you want a way to lose weight without starches, pasta, or counting calories - Look at the 8 rules to lose weight fast and even in a dangerous way...

It's unlikely you'll lose 80 pounds in 2 months and unless you're under 5 feet...

You're trying to get VERY Thin and no matter what weight loss method you choose - it's going to actually take longer to lose those last 10-to-20 pounds to become VERY Thin so honestly...

The best thing you can do is my opinion is do this to lose 50 pounds first and then do this advanced weight loss plan to get even skinnier and that'll help you lose at least 60 pounds but it'll take longer than just 2 months

If you're a gymnast - you're probably already NOT overweight or very lean/skinny and in that case...

You need to do this advanced weight loss plan to get rid of your stubborn back fat but it will take some time for to lose if you're already NOT too much overweight

Hey Adrian,

I have alot of lower back fat and I do gymnastics. And everytime I bend over to try to do the bridge I could feel my back fat bubbling up behind me.How can I get rid of my back fat in about 4 weeks without having to signing up or buying things.

By the way i've just found out if you sleep after doing the vaccum pose for 20 minutes the sleep it double the results. You should try it to tell me if it worked.

Everybody has this problem and I guarantee you the only one who really see's any difference is you and it's only noticeable if you really look at it up close but...

You can do twice the number of sets of calf exercises on your left leg so...

If you did 4 sets of calf exercises on your left leg - you'd only do 2 sets on your right leg

ok i got to california in feb 2007, i was living and FL. I stopped doing exercise and also i got a surgery. i didnt do pretty much anything since i got here. i was at 150lb when i got to cali and i was 5,9 tall. now im still 5,9 but im 185lb, im a 23 year old guy. i want to know how can i go back to 150 o at least 160 ...help please

You can add muscle to your legs with 2-to-3 of any of the leg exercises here

I'm a dancer and I just recently got hired as an aerobics instuctor at Lucille Roberts.I taught my first class on wednesday and I noticed that my body was seriously small.My butt is getting smaller, my thighs are getting skinner(go figure lol).I'm a black WOMEN and I was born with huge thighs and and a nice round booty.I loved my body the way it was.WHAT CAN I EAT? or WHAT CAN I DO to keep my self from going pleasantly plump to skinny minnie.For now I teach one class on thursday's so I know I have the rest of the week to bulk up, but soon they will be asking me to teach more than one class.My routine is so intense, I know for a fact I will be a stick in 4 weeks.I really want to keep my thighs and my butt if anything I want it to be bigger like Serena williams lol.What can I eat to maintain my big thighs and big butt Please help me Love Cala

Look at all the abdominal exercises here and then ask your doctor if the exercise may be okay for you to do.

I recently had surgery on my abdominal area and my Doc said 4 weeks after I can do simple exercises. I will be doing walking but is there any other simple exercises I can do to strengthen that area? I am a dancer too and I want to go back to doing that at least 8 weeks after surgery.
