I am 25 years old, and currently i weigh 209lbs, I have lost 17lbs in the past 3 months, at first the weight was coming from my breast then i started to noticed that mt pants wear a little looser. Just today i happened to look in the mirror and my butt is as flat as a pancake...im like wtf...i am an african american woman and a flat butt just is cute in my book...please tell me there is something i can do QUICK to get my booty back!!!

i gained alot of weight since pregnancy specially in my butt, hips and thighs , my body has pears shape ,i need to lose all my butt fats , im drinking lots of water like u said and fruits even i tried the cabagge soup , is there any diet plan or exercise to make my butt smaller please pleaseee

Dear Adrian,

I want to loose about 10 pounds, because I'm at the upper normal weight range. I have an elliptical at home. I want to loose stomache fat and get a bit more toned overall. My problem is my emotional tendency towards sweets, I can't really escape cravings for more than one day. Also, working out in the morning is a bit inconvenient as my hair is very long and I can't go to work with my head drowned in sweat.

Basically, I desperatly want to get in shape but I really can't decide what to do. Which plan is the best for me?
