Not on my site but any incline press works upper chest like

Incline bench presses & flyes plus

Handstand push ups work upper chest a little bit

Hello... im 15 about 5,10 and weigh roughly 142 lb's i have some man boobs going on and i want to get rid of them BUT i dont want big pecks, or anything that looks like man boobs while wearing a shirt. I want to be skinny and thin. almost flat if you will. (im a guy) and i was wondering what work outs i should do if i want a FLAT chest NOT PECKS, please help me.

Im 15 (16 in april) and im going to join a gym when im 16. i way 12 stone but i dont look that fat i want to get bigger neck muscles and pecks and faint abs but im only new where should i start im told my neck and back muscles are pretty big already please help thanks

i want to lose weight, enough so that u may see that i am working to it, it's like my gut and my but are having a race of who could get more fat faster, i do nothing but i want to, i just don't know where to start i'm 17, 174 lbs. and 5'10". I want to be skinny have abs, lose the boobs, get bigger shoulders just the whole deal, think you can help out =)?

No matter if you have man boobs or chest fat - this plan here will help you get rid of them or improve the appearance of your chest but truthfully...

If you really do have man boobs and since you MAY be going thru puberty - the best thing you can do is wait at least 2 years and your man boobs will go away. - 90% of teens who have man boobs lose them after 2 years

i am 11 and weigh 117 lbs. waist 30 inch. how do i lose inches? will squats help?
i have man boobs and desperatly want to lose them. i heard there was 2 types of man boobs, how can i tell what condition i have got?? what can i do to get rid of them? i am not into dieting but for this do i need to? please if pos could you suggest a time for my man boobs to go by doing your workout?
and i dont understand what do you mean "look more manly" what like make them into great pecs or something??
