Do 6-to-8 sets of 3-to-5 reps of ONLY ONE of the FOUR exercises below...

if i do weight lifting and push ups without do cardio(walking,jogging,swimming) can i lose my boobs or it will look worse ???

only surgery will help man boobs but exercise can help with chest fat

how lo0ng it takes to get rid of manboobs , my chest is in proper shape only thing my nipples are puffy i do lot of cable cross extension and i find the difference. you stated that man boobs are because of grandular breast tissue is it same for puffy nipples as well ? can you suggest how to get rid of it without surgery ?

well i just wanted to know that i have got good shape on my upper chest as well as middle but my lower chest looks kind of boobs if is that fine if i start by doing the lower chest workout first and then middle and at the end upper chest or i was watchinga vedio on youtube where that guy said that do not do any lower workout beacuse you already have lower boobs first try to improve the upper chest to support it. and i realy need help plz some 1 help me out.

To lose man boobs (if your boobs are mainly fat that is) then you need to lose weight with diet and exercise (cardio & intervals) +...

you can do this workout here to make your chest look bigger & better
