Please Note: Since heavier people burn more calories working out and lose weight at a faster rate when cutting calories, some people may not lose 10lbs in 21 days. People weighting between 120-140lbs can expect to lose 7-10lbs People weighting between 150-190lbs can expect to lose 8-11lbs People weighting between 200-250lbs can expect to lose 9½ -13lbs People weighting between 260-300lbs can expect to lose 11½ -15lbs People weighting between 310-350lbs can expect to lose 13-16½lbs People weighting between 360-400lbs can expect to lose 15-18lbs Keeping that weight off for good!Rapid Loss maintenance plan Okay, you worked your butt off these past 21 days to lose all that weight and you don’t want to gain it all back do you? Of course not! The easiest way for you to gain all that weight back is to start overeating. To prevent this from happening take a look at the Weight Loss Center (Not the RapidLoss Weight Loss Center) and see how many calories you need to maintain your current weight. You should still try to eat 4-6 meals a day. The Weight Loss Center also tells you how many calories you can eat in each of your 6 meals to maintain your weight. (see page 50 of Weight Loss Made Easy to learn how to use Weight Loss Center) You don’t have to keep working out to maintain your weight, all you have to do is eat the right amount of calories to maintain your weight. But if you eat the right amount of calories to maintain your weight and keep working out you will continue to lose weight. The only time that you have to keep working out to maintain your weight is if you decide you want to eat more calories than you already need to maintain your weight. Let’s say for example that you overeat 250 calories more a day than you already need to maintain your weight. This is okay as long as you exercise enough to burn off those extra 250 calories you ate. Look at the amount of calories you burn doing different activities by Using the Activity Calculator. The RapidLoss weight loss program was meant to be used for 21 days at a time. If you wish to do this program more than once and repeat the process of losing 10Lbs+ in 21 days we suggest that you wait at least 3 weeks before doing this 21-day program again. In the 3 weeks or more that you take off from this program we recommend that you stick with this maintenance program to maintain your weight or you can begin using the tools & methods described in Weight Loss Made Easy to lose 1-2lbs a week.
