You can't pinpoint where you'll lose weight at and at only 140 pounds - it's going to take longer for you to lose any weight so it may be better for you to try this ab workout instead

Hi I've been working out for a longer time and I see very good results. But i still have some belly fat which i want to lose so badly! but the bad thing is, i dont have much time for cardio training outside, so I'll have to do the cardio mostly inside(except on holidays). In your case...

Eating right by by following these 8 EZ rules here will not be enough to help you lose 80 pounds by DEC. so I would add some type of exercise activity (if you can) to have a much better chance of losing 80 pounds by DEC.

I am really needing to lose 80lbs by Dec 7th.
I read all your info and ordered the Tea as you mentioned in your how to lose fast.....I presently weigh 249 and 5'4" and will be 44 on Dec 7th. I am engaged and plan to wed in 2009 but I am not wanting to roll down the isle. I am a bit lazy I do have a membership to gym but seem to sack (hip and back discomfort). I think once I lose the belly fat that then my back and hip will feel better but can I actually lose 80 lbs just by really concentrating on eating the right foods?

hiya i have like a buddha belly atm, n im trying everything to get it off, im ecercising religiously every night ive got to the point of im doing 100 sit ups nightly, n i cant sem to shift it as quickly as wat i would like to, is there any like simple excercises i can do to tone it up basically

I am a pear shaped, 32 year old woman, who weigh 146lbs. I have always been bottom heavy, but was able to maintain it from running track(quater, mile relay, 200 meters). Now that I am older I have cellulite in what use to be one of my best assets(my legs). I want to be able to lose the cellulite/tone my thighs without losing my butt. Also, I see cellulite in my calves, how do I tone those. Should I do interval workouts?

To lose weight by exercising... you can workout for 60-to-90 minutes at an easy pace, you can workout for 45-to-60 at a moderate pace WHERE YOU WILL SWEAT or... you can really sweat by working out for 20-to-45 minutes to lose weight so..

To lose weight it's better to sweat becasue after an intense workout - your metabolism stays up longer and it's very boring and inconvient to workout for 90 minutes just to lose weight and another thing...

YOU need to eat more because you're actually slowing down your metabolism by eating less - Please look at why low calorie diets don't work

i am on a 4 meal plan, and i also exersise every afternoon 4 times a week.
for the hole day i eat a bowl of ceral,2 slice breads and 2 cups of coffe.

as far as your eating habits go - just make sure you include a lean protein like tuna, why protein, or any kind of baked fish or chicken, some fiber from oatmeal, frutis & veggies, and plenty of water in all your meals.

I walk 1 hour 4 days a week, and at times I may go to the gym. When I walked I sweat a lot. What else can I do to try to trim off my pounds? I am 25 pounds overweight. I have been trying to change my eating habits as well. Can you please give me a menu to go by.

In that article I state that the only way you can lose 40 pounds fast all depends on how bad your eating habits are, the number of bowel movements you have per week, and how much overweight you are and

let's say you did lose 40 pounds real fast detoxing - Detoxing is a one time trick and to lose the next 60 pounds PERMANENLTY - it's going to take you at least another 3-4 months by...

Going on an easy weight loss plan while using a fat burner so...

To answer you question on how to lose pounds in 3 months...

1. You could detox 1st to lose 20-40 pounds first like here: and then..
2. Go on a permanent weight loss plan and...
3. use a fat burner here:

It'll give you an idea of how hard you need to walk to lose weight but...

generally - the less you sweat the longer you have to do anything to lose weight becuase it's not that intense and...

the reason why you're not losing weight by walking right now is beacuse...

you're probably not burning enough calories to cause a weight loss deficeit

I have been taking hour walks everyday for the last 2 weeks. My problem is I just do not sweat and never have. Am I benefiting from the walks if I don't sweat because I see no results

Hello!
How soon there would be any results if I go on a diet? I am now carefully choosing food, but not exercise much and I have a feeling that it would take ages to loose my fat...
And I have one hypothetical question, what is better, to eat like 3 meals (1300kcal) or to take hoodia or starve, and not to eat all day long. Will my metabolism really slow down? I like to eat, which is a problem...

Hello!
First of all I would like to say, that this website "rocks". I have visited many websites and this one is really useful and helpful.
I am 25 years old and I am overweight - BMI 29. I have recently lost my both parents, so I have somehow found peace in food. In family we have diseases like: heart attack, cancer, diabetes... and I am ready to make a change in my life. Mostly because of health and then appearance.
I have bought hoodia 400mg tablets, but I am not really sure how to take these pills. Because, I get up and have a green tea, then breakfast cereals with milk and one vitamine tbl. I have lunch at 17h, meat and greens (Montignac). I am not too hungry between those meals but I am very hungry in the evening. (I will try to snack more fruit between breakfast and lunch.)
So I am asking when to take pills that they would have best effect, thought they are not cheap... I have just started my own weight loss program today...
