Hi there, I'm eighteen years old, 5'0, and weigh (sadly) around 130-135 fluctuating accordingly and such. I need to weigh around 125-130 within a short time. I'm taking you up on drinking the water and watching what I eat very carefully, but is there anything else I can do in one or two days to lose a few pounds?
I really need to be below 141 at all costs (which is difficult since I'm cycling at the moment) in about three days time. I'm currently hovering at 135-138 due to water retention and a guilty splurge and need to drop it for my MEPS processing. I know I'm a fool for the splurge but is there any way to sort of "undo" the whole thing without doing something desperate and unhealthy to my body? If you weigh less than 110 pounds - then you should be happy with your weight and overall body image and let me tell you this - I can confidently say this without even looking at you "YOU LOOK GOOD" so... Don't worry about losing weight
if you are 14 yrs. old and you wiegh 105 or 108 is it healthy for me to lose 5 or more pounds?

Everyone doesn't have excess water weight and NO... This plan is only for losing a quick 5 pounds of water weight only and basically...
If you were eating an unbalanced HIGH carb diet, eating lots of salt, drinking very little water, and/or exercsing very little then...
You may be someone who can lose a lot of water weight with this plan but if you didnt get the results you want...

For anyone who gets a major chocolate craving, the best thing to eat would be Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips. They're filling so you can eat less, with no sodium. As long as you don't eat too many the carb issue shouldn't be a problem

You're not failing yourself! - Like you said - you're only procrastinating and what U need to do is ask yourself: "WHY I"M I PROCRASTINATING"
Does watching TV make U procrastinate? if so - unplug all the TV's in your house
Do you talk on the phone too much? If so tell someone to keep your phone for a few days.
I know this sounds drastic but you need to focus and NOT LET ANYTHING get in your way until you reached your weight loss goal.
I do believe there's somthing in you that wants to make this happen so... Make it happen - YOU CAN DO IT! and oh yeah... You only fail if you don't try. go here to get some more motviation and remeber I'm always here when you need me for help
