- Eat anything you want - nothing is off limits - "it's all about
eating the right portions at the right time"
- Dip into your dressing instead of pouring it all over your salad.
- Limit your protein or meat portions to about a size of a deck of
cards.
- Take only about two bites (50 calories total) for dessert.
- Instead of eating a big 1200 calorie fast food meal... Eat 4-6 smaller
300-400 calorie fast food meals during the day

- Eat every three hours which is about 4-6 small meals a day.
- Women may want to stick to only 4 meals a day for better weight
loss results.
- Expect to lose 1-5 lbs. your first 2 weeks and then 1-3 pounds every

Breakfast at McDonalds...
- egg mcmuffin = 290 calories
- apple salad = 100 calories
- coffee = 0 calories
- total = 390 calories
Lunch at burger king...
- whopper jr. with no mayo = 310 calories
- side salad (no fatty dressing) = 70 calories
- diet soda = 0 calories
- total = 380 calories
Dinner at subway...
- 6" turkey sub = 280 calories
- side salad = 95 calories
- diet soda = 0 calories
- total = 375 calories

Hi I am 29 and weigh 230 pounds I have always been small as a teenager and early tweties I dont know how I let myself get this big I am very embarrased to go out in public my weight is destroying my life. I bought an exercise bike I started doing it about 20 minutes a day trying to work up. I am also watching what I eat. My question is what can I do as far as a diet that is possible with kids and a family.

Because of your low weight & age - it may take you 4-to-7 weeks instead of 3-to-4 weeks to lose 20 pounds and after you lose 20 pounds -use the permanent weight loss calcualtor to maintain your current weight but...
No matter what the permanent weight loss calculator says... DO NOT eat less than 1200-to-1500 calories a day and...
If you're not seeing results from the stair master - the best things you can do is...
*Do a completely different exercise (highly recommended)
*DO the stair master faster or more intensly or...
*Stay on the stair master longer (NOT RECOMMENED) so...
I suggest you do one of the weight loss workouts here while doing the fast diet plan above and..

Please please please help me loose weight. im 17 years old and want to loose 20 pounds. i weigh 140 and possibly now 145. Im COMPLETELY grossed out by my body and I'm constantly trying to loose wight but i feel like nothing works. Im not old enough to get diet pills and sometimes try to eat as less as i can in a day. I'm on the stair master for about an hour 3 days a week and I do 500 situps and some pilates. HEEEELP
