Tea played a MAJOR role in my weight loss but... It has to be combined
with a good diet and exercise plan. One can't think that they can just drink
green tea and continue bad food habits and overeating.
I usually drink 2 cups of O-cha

in the afternoons and if I skip a day or two, I find my body craving it!!!

modify my eating habits to eliminate almost all processed foods, eating
