Hello Adrian its Bre I'm back again, I'm 5'3 129lbs now. I recently dropped a total of 33lbs. My body isn't exactly where I want it to be, I'm aiming to be a little more slimmer, to get rid of the rest of my stomach, and to get it flat & super tight. Would really like to get down to 120 by mid April. What workouts would you suggest I do in order to tighten and sculpt my body while losing my last 9lbs?

I've started (today) doing your 10 minute jumping jacks (once) with 30 minutes on the elliptical (on interval/fatloss mode) and cutting out cheese and bread and desserts along with any drink that isn't water. Could I lose these 15 pounds by March? (I really want to wear a bikini for the firt time in Spring Break and surprise my amazing boyfriend with a new hot body) If not, how long would it take for me to drop those 15 pounds?

You should generally expect to lose 10 pounds every 4-to-6 weeks and in your case it may be closer to 6 weeks since you are not overweight

Hi Adrian!! :-) I've been thinking about breaking my weight loss journey down to phases. This first phase, I'm in "lean" mode - aiming to lose the bulk of my fat through cardio/jogging and a lot of HIIT. Then I want to flip it to 'cut' mode, and get into the weights and serious toning. Then do another round of lean to kill any remaining fat, then another round of cut to tone everything up, and see how I look. I'm thinking 6 weeks at a time for each phase. I'm not super duper concerned about how much I weigh, more how I look and feel and am able to accomplish physically. But roughly I want to see a 30-40lb weight loss, but it depends on how much muscle I gain. How does this sound?

Thanks Adrian!! So you think gaining muscle before losing fat is more efficient? I was told by a trainer that losing fat first is more efficient because when you start to gain muscle, it'll be easier to "see" because you've had some fat loss. I'd love your opinion though; I trust your word. :)

I am 37, have 4 kids and now weigh 174. I would like to lose 50 lbs. I have started nutrisystem weight loss for foods. Used it before and lost then plateaued. I am hoping your program will help. Starting with the jumping jacks in 21 days. Is it better to do 2 sets 20 min/day or alternating with the ski step. I did that yesterday and am sore, so it must work? What is the best and fastest way for me to lose the weight and keep it off. Hi, I just purchased the caffeine version of Hydroxycut. But I am very scared to take it. I read about liver damage and all that. I can eat healthy but the thing is that I tend to overeat. I think you are trying to say rice but brown or unprocessed rice is fine and losing 40 pounds in 3 weeks largely depends on how fat you are now but even if you are extremely overweight chances are you will not lose 30 pounds that fast AND keep it off

Hey adrian, i have a plans to go with some friends over spring break to a lake house on the last week of march, i weigh 173, male, at 16 inch neck, 36 inch waistline, and 71 inches tall. i used the bmi calculator and my body fat percentage is 18.89% if i lost 2 pounds a week starting the third week of February, would i be able to land in the body percentage my 6 pack would show by the end of march? if it helps, ive been using your build muscle guide and fat lost guide, and it has helped me so much. and if i had to guess why my waistline is 36 is cause i started your workout guide in august and my abs have pushed the fat fowarderd, most of the fat i have is my stomach, i dont have bad love handles but most of it is in the front. ive went from a 210, to a 173, and im 18, and of course i promise to send pictures when im done since your site has changed my life.

If your main focus right now is to get your abs to show then you want to get your fat percentage under 10 and I suggest you start now rather than mid feb. because it takes longer to lose fat when your bodyfat % is already low
