i know adryan i have used it before and worked before for me now thank God and gratitude to u .....but i just anan know about the range of calories the calculator gives me which one to use....the 200+ or the 300+ calories/ day for my dietary intake....and how many times specifically as a beginner now to start my exercise esp on my bike.....and for how long how many days bec the interval training now is very hard for me to maintain i just gave up one day after i did it on my bike...thanks and waiting for ur help..u r a great guy...

i am 5' 6' by the way and actually right now i don't do any kinda exercise but i eat less than 100 calories a day and that's for sure if we go out or have an occasion i would have 1500 calories.....i have been suffering from severe dental pain for the past 2 weeks after my 2 teeth extraction and so i have been in enough agony nevermind worrying about my weight although it depresses me more.....anyway,before that from mid 2009 till 2011 i was on a good 4 or 5 meal diet with good protein and vegs and fruits....minimal carbs in the form of whole wheat 2 toasts a day since i am not that interested much in rice or pasta but i admit my whole problem is i am a big chocolate lover i can not have a day passing without a bar or at least 2 or 3 pieces .....so i triedto replace by a meal out instead,during that time just going for 15 minutes walking was enough for me to break much sweat and lose at least half a pound with my resistance training for 10 minutes of not a pound....even if i would sometimes binge eat....together with my treadmill that's broke now and got an exercise bike instead...which really does not give me any sweat at all even after 20 minutes or till my 30th....plus my activity level gone too low since we moved to scotland and got away from city centres that i used to walk to alot...i donno really what to do anymore....i wish i can lose more 20 KGS and maintain them this is really my dream and has always been since i was a teenager..i am 29 yrs old now...i am afraid to hit 30 before i have my dream come true....help adrian..i know u did before and could help me now again. :(((

i have been losing weight from mid 2009 till mid 2011 and after that my body just stopped,i can't do anything like before,i used to break a sweat with less things to do than now.my eating and appetite has gone very low and still gaining weight after losing 35 KG i gained 10 KG which is driving me crazy now to even not gain more i need help,this has been disrupting my life for 4 yrs now......my weight now is 83 KG and i wanna just lost 23 kilos and stop .....donno what to do ...ur website was a lifesaver for me at the start of my weightloss journey and made everything easy and enjoyable but now after learning every trick from u and ur website i don't even have the energy to do any simple thing and neeeeeddd ur heeelllllp...no medications r even helping at all...amy
