To quickly lose chest fat...

You need to go on a fat loss plan to lose fat from all over your body and although you can do this lower chest workout to make your chest area look more manly...

im jacob i have man boobies i really wanna lose then i wear two shirts evry dasy to school i really wanna lose them cause cause i dont like gym cause i have to run infront of every one and its emmbrassing what should i do

there is no way to concentrate fat reduction in one specific area, the only way is to do a lot of chest, try more decline pressess..... this will build muscle in the chest area,, this will make chest better shape, fats would still be there however overall look better from outside ..... Loosing fat overall can happen only with high intensisty interval on tred mill ( high speed for 45 sec to 1 min and then to walking speed ) doing 6 intervals will help.... and super sets ( combine two to three excersise and do without break finish and then take a break )... on any weight excersise...... use moderate weights for this...
As you will get fatigue to continue without break. ....

hey im 14 years old i play football and i weigh 280...the only fat i have is on my chest,stomach and thighs...if i do these everyday how long would you say it would take for me to see results

Hi, I'm 18 and 155lbs and 5ft 10in and its been couple days since i have been following your guidelines for losing belly fat (by having fingers in belly button) and losing man boobs(by using the rags) and i was wondering how long would it take to show results of my work out? my primary goal is to get rid off man boobs since it's very visible when i wear sweaters or shirts. it's not even that big its just that it looks pointy. I do swim five times about 8 to 10 laps as exercise. i dont kick but only use arms and chest muscles to swim. I also do pushups daily (always 30 or maybe 35 if i feel that i can). I hope there's a way to reduce man boobs without surgery and hope that following your guide lines will help.

hey thanks guys for all your chest burner tips.It really helps me alot especially the dust rag..first time trying,it was really a tough one for me and i felt some pain at my chest area..plus i also do standard push-ups..i did see improvements.The only problem now is my belly.Sit-ups dont really help me so i do skipping alot.

hey im 11 and i weight over 160 pounds =(((((( i have man boobs but they dont hang over. please tell me which exercises to do to get rid of them fast. i really want to get rid of them in like 3 months so that there not man boobs but there not that muscly i didnt spell that right thanks alot please reply

At 5'11" and 165 lbs. you should be pretty much lean already so what I would have you do is to build more muscle in your chest area to at least try to make that area look better and you can do that by...

Doing bench presses with heavier weights for 5-to-10 sets using heavier weights that allow to only do 3-to-8 reps each set (make sure you use a spotter) and if you can't get a spotter or use the bench press...

Hello..

I'm 16, I'm 5'11", and weigh 165 lbs.
I do suffer from man boobs. I play intense sports frequently, but nothing seems to change in my appearance. I've tried doing push ups, and using gym equip, but i always get discouraged with the lack of results that i see... should i stick with the old push ups? bench press or what? please help me. thank you

What's your goal?

Is your goal to build a bigger chest and if so... Go here to get bigger chest but...

If your goal is to just maintain and tone/firm up chest - you can keep doing what you're doing but...

Your body will get used to the same workout so change it up to produce more results

I do about 100-150 pushups everyday- Should I be doing them everydai? Or should I do more pushups on less days?

1 - It's good to do both but on separate days twice a week so you can keep your body guessing so you'll keep seeing results

2 - Not everyday... You need to give muscles time to rest and grow

hey i just have some questions regarding the excercises.
1- does it matter if u do both the dustrag and your daily gym routine that means bench press and incline press or does it affect you.

2- if u make the dustrag excersices everyday instead of twice a week does it make effect faster or is it just bad for the body. thx alot

The dust rag exercise helps but it isn't the most important thing you need to do to lose chest fat - Read how to lose belly fat to also help you lose chest fat and...

YES - this will tone up your chest but it does only a little to help purely get rid of chest fat.

Does the dust rag exercise get rid of man boobs or tone them as i purely want to just rid of them not increase my chest size.

Go here for all the upper body exercises to get shape and tone in that area and to lose fat in those areas...

You simply need to go on a fat loss plan while toning up

i love ur all execises;these all r able to give fast and good result; i'v also some probs.i want reduse my bust size.34 my age.5'4 hight.4kids.house wife(bad luck)my lower body part is slim and flat.but upper body part is oposite shoulder,back,bust and big belly(jelly)can u'v for me any exercise who make in shape and tone.(in tightness in whole body)plz plz plz.......with bundle of thanks

Yes, just do lighter weight and more reps so... Do any chest exercise for 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps but...

With the dust rag chest exercise on this page... I would still do just 4 sets of 8-12 reps but keep the tempo a little faster.

THE MAIN THING for losing chest fat is going on a fat loss plan to lose fat all over so I would visit NowLoss.com and follow those tips or...

guys i had the same problem the best thing to do is push up man
when i mean push ups i mean push ups 50-100 a day like 10 and rest
and get dumbells and do incline and decline push.
what it does it squeeze yr chest and while it is doing so u will be losing fat and re setting yr chest gl..

hey, my name is chance, im 14, 5' 10", and in relativly good shape. However, i really wish i could reduce the fat on my chest. My sole goal right now is to lose fat on my chest, since my man boobs are easily seen when sitting and even standing. how many pushups should i start doing and how often should i do them?
