there is no way to concentrate fat reduction in one specific area, the only way is to do a lot of chest, try more decline pressess..... this will build muscle in the chest area,, this will make chest better shape, fats would still be there however overall look better from outside ..... Loosing fat overall can happen only with high intensisty interval on tred mill ( high speed for 45 sec to 1 min and then to walking speed ) doing 6 intervals will help.... and super sets ( combine two to three excersise and do without break finish and then take a break )... on any weight excersise...... use moderate weights for this...
As you will get fatigue to continue without break. ....

I do suffer from man boobs. I play intense sports frequently, but nothing seems to change in my appearance. I've tried doing push ups, and using gym equip, but i always get discouraged with the lack of results that i see... should i stick with the old push ups? bench press or what? please help me. thank you
