I am 27 and have never realy worked out or done any excercising at all just work real hard and I have fairly big man boobs I cant even do 20 push ups but I reacently started to do modified push ups I do 10 at a time with a 1 minute pause between each of the sets and when I started off I could only do 20 and now I am up to 100 but I still dont see any results and I do them every day. am I not doing enough... and sense I do modified push ups is 100 of them the same as like 50 regular push ups I am 6foot 5 and weigh about 260 pounds

you're building muscle and if you have chest fat then you need to go on a weight loss plan to get rid of it
Hi, I am 18, at 148 pounds, about 5'11'', and quite skinny all the way around. I was wonder the best technique to get my arms, and stomach abs to be tone, not super ripped. But just enough to notice that there is something there, and for my arms to have definition so to speak.
