Hi im 17 years of age , female and im 5'3. Im about 170 pounds. I would say most of my fat is located on my upper body. My breast, arms , shoulders and back. I recently started to play tennis and my bottom half seems to be gettting the workout more. I want to get rid of my upper body fat and move from a 36 DDD to about 34 C Cup. How can I achieve that?I was wondering how much exercise should i do a day or week. My diet contains alot of flour and poultry stuff. I eat fruits sometimes but not that much. Should i make a change. I need a diet plan. Help me please.

I been on a low fat high protein diet for a week and have lose 6lbs. I just had a baby and have lots of stubborn back fat also a saggy stomach. I do 30-40 walk/jog/run type intervals 4 times a week.
