Hey, I am 13 years old and I weigh around 135-140 lbs and im around 5'7-5'9 idk, but im pretty tall. I recommened the stair/hill intervals and tae-bo so you could lose leg/overall body fat while maintaining & toning legs

Thanks for your reply, Unfortunately I can't send you a picture of my legs but I want to say that my body doesn’t exactly look like the picture I showed you, as my legs are thinner than that, but it's almost the same shape: I mean the shape of the area to the side of my buttock, I don’t think I have that much fat in the hips and thighs as the picture but I do think it's muscle size if I am right and maybe I am wrong. I eat about 250 – 350 calories per meal and some times more than that. Could you please tell me what's the best thigh exercise for me to lose fat in that area without gaining muscle size? I am going to do stair interval exercise + I will return to Jessica Biel workout and I will tell you what happens then.

As for your hips - if they look anything like the pics you showed me then you need to lose fat in that area probably with more interval like exercises instead of weight training exercises
See NowLoss.com/i for info on intervals and the best workouts for you to lose fat & tone up around the hips would be tae-bo (the kicking and bouncing tones the legs + burns fat at same time) and hill sprint intervals and do either of those workouts 3-to-4 times a week but...
At your height and weight it's VERY hard for me to imagine your legs looking like that - is there anyway you can send me a pic of your legs?
As for your diet - you say 250-calories - do you mean 250-500 calories per meal or PER DAY?
If you only eat 250-500 cals per day then your body will hold onto fat instead of releasing it so you should be eating at least 1200-to-1500 cals a day or FIVE 250-300 calorie meals a day

After 10 weeks of doing Jessica Biel workout I stopped, not because it didn't work for me, it really worked and my very narrow hips already become wider, my thighs are thicker and my butt has shape now and it's a little bit bigger than before. (I am 24 years old, weigh 107 pounds now & I am 5'2 feet). The reason I stopped is although my hips look better after I did the exercises, but that made the side of my buttock look even worse: (I have depression in the area to the side of my buttock and below the hip) I told you about that problem before and I took your advice but nothing changed, my diet already contains about 250 - 500 calories but I didn’t use more than 7 pounds for the workout because: (that weights is okay for single leg deadLifts because that exercise was always very hard for me to do and I couldn’t use heavier weights, but it was maybe a little light for the Elevated Lunges and I didn’t change the 7 pounds for that exercise because I was afraid that the depression became even much noticeable). I hate my body right now and I wish you could help me if there is any exercise that focuses on the area below the hip to fill the depression.

Six months ago I gave birth and started breastfeeding. I was thrilled to see the weight I had gained just melt off. Unfortunately, so did my round butt. I am still breastfeeding and even though the rest of my body looks almost exactly as it did before I got pregnant, my butt is still flat!
At first I told myself that my butt would come back after I stopped breastfeeding, but now I'm not so sure. My mom also has a flat butt and I'm afraid that's my fate too :0
Should I just start exercising now, or wait until I wean my son? I just want to trim my abs and thighs a little bit and, of course, get my butt back!

Your first question can only be really answer by you according to WHAT YOU can physcially handle but...
Try to (IF YOU CAN) go up in weight or REPS each set and if you can't - don't worry about it but...
You do want to use more weight or do more reps each workout and if you can't do that- then you need to take a week off or skip a workout to allow your muscles to get stronger so to really answer your question...
Go up a pound each set but that's probably not possilbe with dumbbells so shoot for 25 pounds the next set but the starting and ending weights is up to your strenghts.
You can do this workout twice a week (Mon & Thurs for example) but like I said - if you're not getting stronger each workout---- skip a workout to allow your muscles to get stronger

Do you carry fat in your hip area?
Most butt exercises work both your glutes maximus (BUTT) and glutes medius(HIPS) so their is really no way to target the butt only without also getting the hips.
If you carry fat in your hips - you can try losing fat first before you begin getting a bigger butt

#1 - use moderately-to-heavy weights and 7 pounds isn't going to cut it! so... Do use a weight that's heavy for you and if this isn't an option...
Do week 1 of the J-Lo butt workout here and/or...
#2 - add 250-to-500 calories to your daily diet but expect minimal fat gain also which you can always burn off with NowLoss.com/15

Well, I don't use weight for the first exercise. I use 6.6 lbs (it's not heavy for me but ok) for the elevated lunges exercise for each hand, and it's the same weight for the third step and I already do single leg deadLifts not walking lunges.
I eat well but I am a person who can't gain weight easily.
All my concern is to fill the depression in the area to the side of the buttock and below the hip and have bigger butt, so please tell me if the Biel exercise would help me in that or I just need another exercise?

Well I am doing the Jessica Biel exercises and I already feel good, although I still haven't got the big butt I want, but this only because I didn't start first with weights.
The only problem that really makes me think about it the whole time is although my thighs are thin (I weigh 105.6 pounds & I am 5'2 feet); they are wider than my hips and the area below the hips. and after 5 weeks of doing these exercises my thighs even look much wider than before, so the question is:
Is there any exercise I can do to put some muscle size and fill the depression in the area to the side of the buttock and below the hip to look shapely without me stop doing the Biel exercises.

Believe me - it works your hips or your Gluteus Medius - for example...
Go here and you'll see how it says lunges work your Gluteus Medius but...
Just because you don't "feel it" does not mean you are not working the muscle and you will get overall butt growth from this workout

to get a bigger 'muscular' and rounder butt you'll eventually going to need heavier weights so in the meantime...
your little weights may be fine but you'll need to buy heavier weights or use milkjugs filled with weights or something else for some extra resistance to get that butt you want but...
The only way you can lose your butt is if your big butt is made up of mostly FAT and if you go on a fat loss plan your butt size will decrease and in your case...
Since you're 5 feet and only 100 pounds I don't think your butt is mainly fat nor do I think your body fat % is high so...
You can reach your big butt goals just fine with the butt exercises at NowLoss.com BUT you do need to get heavier weights or find some steep hills to get a real big butt

In order to add any significant size to your butt or any muscle - most people usually need to use heavier weights or weights that allow them to do only 5-to-8 reps and...
You may see results by doing more reps but usually...
All you'll get is a better looking well toned & rounded butt without much gain in size so what you could do is...
Try replacing one of the Exercises in the JEssica biel workout with bulgarian squats which are good for a bigger butt

I just started the jessica beil butt workout and I could hardly finish the reps that you suggested to do. My legs are actually shaking with each step I take and its a little difficult climbing up or down the stairs afterwards. Am I that out of shape, or is this supposed to be an intense workout at first? I don't think I have ever worked these areas before....
Is it ok to start with little reps and bump up the amount of workouts per week to get started?

If most of your body fat is stored in your "booty" area then you're right - you do have to lose overall bodyfat but generally if most of your fat is stored in your "booty" area then you should lose fat from that area first anyway but as for exercises to get rid of your "shelf" butt...
You should try weight loss intervals or Fast weight loss workout #1 or #2 here to burn fat faster to help get rid of your shelf butt & overall body fat

Yes - your thighs and hamstrings will increase in size a little bit but if you want to target your butt muscles only - do these exercises...
1. Build a better shaped butt with a pillow
2. A simple butt toning exercise
Depending on your fitness level - these 2 exercises may actually help your butt get bigger but... Your potetntial for getter a bigger butt using these 2 exercises is limited becasuse you can't really use much resistance with those two exercises.

How long have you been working out? It sounds to me like you're doing the right things and maybe you just need to be patient because... Losing bodyfat all over takes time and people lose fat in different areas but to help speed up the fat burn on your thighs i suggest you...
Look into doing the J-Lo butt workout since it has hill sprints for fat burning and leg toning and butt building

getting a bigger butt has nothing to do with genetics (you may have to work harder or samrter than others to get a bigger butt) but anyone can get a bigger butt if they want to and...

Even though you only "feel it" in your thighs - your butt is getting a good workout as well but here's 4 things you can try to make you "feel it" more in your butt...
1. Try using heavier weights which only allows you to do 5-to-8 reps
2. Pause for 2-to-3 seconds at the bottom before pushing back up
3. Make sure your stance is wide (but not too wide) - you want your stance wide enough so that when you squat down your legs make a 90 degree angle - basically you want to avoid your knees coming over your toes
4. Push from your heels ONLY with your toes cured up just a little bit.
Just try doing 1 or all of those 4 things and one more thing carla...

Are your thighs mostly muscular? becasue if they are muscular - then the best thing you can do is stop doing exercises for your thighs like running, sprints, treadmills, or bikes and hope your muscles atrophy (shrink or lose size) but... I have no idea of or... never heard of uterus detaching while doing lunges and since I'm not a doctor _ the only thing I can tell U is to talk to a doctor about this but in my opinion... I think Lunges are safe and effective for building sexy glutes and by the way...

Hi! Sorry to bother you but I had heard that doing lunges is actually dangerous for women because it causes the uterus to like detach or get damaged something like that is this true? Also another question that I had is that I am 5'4 I weigh around 120 and I really need to get myself toned as well as lose weight ( I do not have the most flattering midsection and I would as well like to tone my butt and thighs) a friend told me that it was better to first lose the weight and then tone while another advised me to tone while dieting do you have any advice?
