Hey Adrian, love your articles. I am African American 21 year old female. My height is 5'3, but my weight is only 110 lbs. O_o I am slim/slender, however I do have lower body curves. I just want them to get bigger & more defined. My goal is to gain 20 lbs by March. Do you think that this is a reasonable goal? I’m trying to lose weight just like every other teen girl so naturally I cut calories, eat protein, eliminate junk and workout. The bigger problem I have is too much muscle. I take in about 1300 calories a day, have a good workout routine, drink lots of water and take a day off a week to rest but I think i just have wayy to much testosterone because I have muscles like a guy. I’m also worried that any working out I do will increase my muscle gain. Can you help me?
