Hi, I am 252 lbs and i'm 16 years old. I am insulin resistant and I have hypo-thyroidism...
I am currently taking medicine for both problems but I can't seem to lose weight... I did write down some things I found on here [about eating more protein and eating less calories and eating soy protein shakes and taking green tea capsules (which my mom has been trying to make me take forever now...)] and the only good thing I can say is that I DO drink 3 to 4 bottles of water everyday...


But is there ANYTHING you can suggest to me to help me lose weight faster and that is more effective? I NEED to lose weight to help my ovary (which i've been having problems with) and to help me become healthy. So it is very urgent that I lose weight NOW and not when i've gained another 50 pounds this time next year (because I seem to be gaining weight steadily...)

Im a 14 yr old kid.
I weigh 155 ds! im soo mad at myself. Im kinda shy, so i dont want my mom to know that i want to loose weight-so i dont want to make it to obvious! i would like to loose like 30 pds before May/June 08 or sooner. and it seems impossible-seeing as im to shy to let anybody know! HELP!
