Hey Adrian. I am about 5 ft 6 in & weigh about 130 pounds. I want to get toned (overall body & facial features) before september or august after summer 2010. Can you please give me a good workout & diet plan to accomplish my goal by this deadline? My body is flabby. Want to get toned really bad.
& btw i dnt hav THAT much time to workout. Maybe 30 min to an hr. I also hav whey protein. Whens the best time ti take em? Thanx.
there is no "best" time to take whey protein - just make sure your diet is at least 30% protein
