I messed up my wrists bout 2 yrs ago. It hurts realy bad when i apply pressure 2 wrists like doing pushups and the *tricep dips* is there a way i can fix this or a way 2 do it without the problem? It only hurts when i apply pressure 2 it when its bent.
to work your chest and arms you dont have to do those exercises and there's many exercises you can do like this flabby arm exercise that wont put strain on wrist and...
