Bicep toning exercise for women (and men)

If you think you may get really huge arms from doing this exercise - then just do this exercise without cheating by using lighter weight and by doing 8-to-12 reps.

This exercise is only good for firming up the front of your arms (the biceps) and if you have flabby arms - you need to do this flabby arm workout & go on some kind of a weight loss plan to lose your flabby arm fat (and the fat all over your body)

my lower arms or triceps are too loose they jiggle up how should i make them tone?how should i tighten them?
