i had radius and ulna fracture when i was 16. i have the same problem my left side is left developed as compared to right side

Dear Adrian. Im watching your vids for about 3 days and i decided to start your r50 training program. However, have experience in fitness and kickboxing and i have developed some muscle in this from 2010 till now. I took some pictures of my body and i discovered that for example my left pectorial is far more smaller than my right. I would love some symetry because the difference is really disturbing. I have the same problem with my dorsals, only here the left dorsal is far more bigger than the right....
Any hints would be much appreciated!

you may want to do most of your weight training exercises using dumbbells to make sure both sides are getting an equal workout to allow the weaker side to catch up
