I tried your workout with the jumping squats today and loved it. I typically do a circuit routine of free weights Mon, Wed, and Sat. Then I do interval cardio on a treadmill (jogging & sprinting) for 40-45 min on Tues and Thurs. I subscribe to a fitness magazine and change up my weight routine every few weeks. This AND a good diet has worked well for me, as I posted earlier I have mainained my goal weight of around 115 lbs for 2 years. I would never try to replace my weight and cardio routine with a fat burner....My new goal is to drop some of my 21% body fat...I would like to be down to 18% or so...do you think that is a realistic goal for a 35 year old female?
By the way today was my second day on Lipo6 and I do feel like it has already given me more energy...I will be anxious to see the result over the next few weeks.

I just discovered this site a few days ago and Love it! I am always looking for new ideas/suggestions to stay fit. I am 35, 5'1 and 115 lbs (I lost about 15 lbs 2 years ago and have kept it off by watching what I eat and consistant high intensity cardio and weight training). I do not feel like I need to lose "weight" I would just like to drop a little stubborn body fat and maintain my muscle...I have decided to try your interval program using Lipo 6 for the next few weeks. You suggest working out first thing in the morning, before breakfast..... I get up around 8 and can not work out until about 10:30 -11:00. For optimal results... should I take the Lipo6 when I wake up before breakfast (I usually eat breakfast around 9:00 am and then do not eat again until after I work out)... Or should I take the Lipo 6 in the morning and then not eat until after my workout (I usually finish my workout around 12:00 - 12:30). I would appreciate any suggestions you have to burn the highest amount of fat.

when it comes to losing those last few pounds or any pounds...
worrrying about when to take a supplement is not going to help you win the battle...
to lose the last bit of fat you need to focus MORE on high intensity workouts with a STRICT DIET WITH NO CHEATING

Hi Adrian. I am a 30 year old woman who is 6' tall and I used to weigh 317 pounds. I took off about 100 over the course of a year but gained back almost 50. I am back on the wagon, working out for about 75 min 5 days a week of cardio and am trying intervals with running at a level 6.5 and 4.0. I watch what I eat, try to eat very clean and organic. I eat about 1700-1800 calories per day in mini meals. I can't seem to lose any weight! I seem to have no metabolism. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

About half way thru your workouts - is a little part of you thinking about quiting but a a bigger voice inside you keeps you going?

I am 29years old 245 lbs and have been battling with my weight for many many years. I have to admit i'm a yoyo dieter; anything someone tells me they used to loose weight i try, to no avail. I am very good at eating healthy in fact fruits and vegetables are my favorite. Yes i do crave sweets at times and i sometimes go walking or take water aerobics at the gym. Taking pills are not really a favorite of mine, and the ones i have tried have gotten me ill.
Do you have any input and ideas of how to loose this weight?? Any help will be appreciated.

Hi I've tried diet pills in the past and they've caused me problems. I have a hyperactive thyroid which holds me back from taking just about any diet supplement except Alli (but being greasy everytime you pee, poop or fart is not fun and can ruin an afternnon completely). I am currently in remission and a few years ago I took that Xenadrine stuff and it cause my thyroid to become hyperactive again and I had to be put on medication again. I have been working out for about 3 hours a day, 5 days a week since January and I've gone down from 175 to 159 currently (May 26th). I am 5'7" and have been heavy my entire life, I am currently the lightest I've ever been since middle school. I want to get down to 135 and I am dieting as well as exercising but I would like the weight loss process to be quicker. I have all my fat in my legs and I'm having trouble getting rid of it, especially my calfs. So are there any diet pills that won't affect my thyroid and what exercsies do you recommend to burn calf and thigh fat?

hi, i would just like to say, ive only found out about your videos as i have been doing sit ups, crunches, weight twist and anything really for along time! only found out your videos as i was trying to find a really hard ab workout because im just not gaining anymore. you are now my god! hardest workouts iv done in along time. also i suggest adding to this page animal cuts recently started on it and immediate results. however is for the more leaner people just trying to shed the small amount of hard to burn fat. it is miracle stuff though.

Hi, I need to lose 10-15lbs fast-in like 3 weeks max (have an event at the end of the month). I'm currently 153lbs, do a lot of walking (like 1 hr a day for 4 days @ week). No access to the gym, but i have turbo jam dvds that i'll be using. I eat healthy, drink water only-no juices no sodas, don't eat junk food and will be cutting down my carb intake(only whole grain bread-3 slices a day max@50 cals @ slice), no rice no pasta no potatoes, lots of cabbage and broccolli. I plan to get lipo 6-will it help accelerate my loss in such a short time?

I'm a 5'8, 240 lb, 30 year old female. I have gained and loss nearly 200 lbs over the years( maybe even more) and now I'm dieting all over again. The one thing I have learned is that what you eat is critical and as you said no supplements will do it alone you have to work out ( but I find that pure CLA/ Tonalin, L-carnatine, and Chromium Picolinate in high doses work well. Do you know any others?). I get very good responses easily and early on as soon as I start working out, Okay, I really need to loose 45 lbs in the next 3 months. I will be in the gym 4 days per week, doing cardio with weights (10-20 lbs) for 1 1/2 hrs each time, and i've started eating raw fruits and vegetables ( i allow my self whole wheat bread, brown rice and lean protein; chicken or fish, never any oil) Okay, so I've been told a thousand times that you cannot spot train , but that just doesn't sit well with me. I have very round/fat arms and (I'm not going to lie) back fat which I hate. But when I loose weight it tends to be all over, but there are areas that i don't want to loose it from. My question is one , what can i do, to speed up the weight loss ( im on 1000-1200cal per day and I find less than that is nearly impossible) and what can i do to target and really tone my upper body in 3 months? I'd be happy if I could drop 15-25 lbs or 14-16 inches from my arms and back. Also, and this may be a stupid question, are there any exercises that can help you speed up the fat loss process in you face/cheeks? to get what you want the fastest is to use cardio on your rest days and ramp up you workout by doing more intervals for FASTER total body (all over) fat loss!
You have to take a fat burner at 6:30 pm.. won't that keep you up at night? Doesn't it have a caffiene stimulant in it? Also, one of the one's that are listed I had problems with it making my heart beat really hard, are there any you know of that don't effect the central nervous system?
Then don't use it - we all have different reactions to different things and yes...
taking a fat burner that late may or may not keep you up but that was only an example sched. and also remember...

I wrote yesterday for the first day, but didn't mention that whenever I use a fat burner, or appetite suppresant even when they are natural, I get terrible leg cramps.
I am on a lot of medications, and not sure if they interact with above or not.
