i am new to this site and i find it very interesting i have been on here for last 4hrs. here we go. i lost 26lbs by eating right and working out and now i weigh 162 lbs and now i am stuck at it, would love to lose another 5 to 7 lbs so that i can show my lower abs. so u think should i take one of these fat burners(cuz i have tried a few before like hydroxycut) didnt c the results. thx bro

I'm allergic to caffiene so I can't have most of the fat burners out there. Do you know of any decent fat burners that are low in caffiene or have no caffiene at all?

Hiya

I've been coming to your site now for a couple of months and have to say it's awesome, every time I come I find something else new and interesting to try!

My problem is about 6 weeks ago I tore a muscle in my calf (I was only walking at the time, not doing anything strenuous), not at the back but kind of in the outer part, if that makes sense. It's obviously healing but taking a long time and I wondered if you had any advice as to what I might be able to do to speed up the process and to strengthen the muscle group to avoid future injury? I'm able to flex my foot right back and to point my foot with very little pain but walking is still painful at the pushing off point and I'm not able to run, jump, skip...any of those 'aerobic' activities, nor can I kneel right down on it. It's frustrating the hell out of me and leaving me terrified of doing it again.

Please advise.

I'm not going to be much help to heal your calf (i wish I could) but of course the main thing you can do is ...

REST and while you rest...

you can still lose weight with a bicycle or maybe even an elliptical that does not put too much stress on your calves

here's my situation. I am 23 years old 5"5 at 174 pounds.. My wedding is in May(2 Months!!!!!) I'm am struggling to lose this weight! I have alllott of belly fat and I'm so embarrased to take my shirt off infront of my fiancé. I want to have a beautiful shape by may and I've been working so hard. In december I started excersisng and eating right I was 185 pounds and now I'm only 11 pounds lighter! :0( my doctor prescribed a medicine called phentermine and I've been on it for a week, it supresses my appetite but I feel light headed and blaahhh.. I do a half an hour on the eliptical machine and at night I do some belly dancing since I'm Arabic.. But I haven't even lost one pound since i started the pills on Monday.. I have a v8 for breakfast and salad for lunch and a chicken or tuna serving with lemon squeezes over it for dinner.. I've been reading through ur website and what I really want is YOUUURR PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION for what diet and excersised program I should start using.. I have an hour glass shape but it needs to be smoothed out cuz my belly is horrible and I have a big booty but I wanted it to be lifted and round like Kim kardashian or jlo.. Help help help!!!!! I have 2 months to do it!!! Xoxo

I im wanting to lose weight and start immediately. I have just signed at the gym but have no clue on how to start a weight loss plan. I am 125 kilos which i am very ashamed of. I want to hurry the process of my weight loss and try fat blaster but i am scared that when i do go off this or any other product I will put it back on again.

Can you please tell me,
1. What product will best suit me
2. Will i put weight back on if i stop taking pills once goal reached
3. If i worked my ass off how long approx will it take to lose 50 kilos.

I like what I see on here. I actually tried interval training before, I did stair stepping. Where you step up with the left leg then follow with the right, then back down with the right and down with the left (REPEAT IT) and I did it at a fast pace for 30 seconds. Rested for 30 seconds. Repeated that for about 30-35 minutes. It worked wonders for me and it's very easy to to do and you don't need to purchase anything. Use a Crate (small one for that matter, or a heavy high raised object that won't move around) and it should be no higher than 12 inches. Great site by the way Adrian!

I am a 32 year old female weighing 155lbs. I am primarily lower body heavy and most of my weight gaining is in the butt/thigh area. I have 2 1/2 months before I go on vacation (bikini weather) and really want to lose the excess fat and tonedown to around 130lbs. I don't know what I should do to slim down....one site tells me to do less cardio and more weights then another says do more and longer cardio. Then there's the food intake...ahhhh!!! I'm willing to work at it, but I want my efforts to be the most efficient and effective because of the limited time I have....any suggestions??
